1 come in wrong size and they absolutely refused to take it back and send me right size or refund me
2 came broken and they refused to take them back and refund me
Last one wasn't broken, and I didn't ask anything for it
Their return policy promises free return and refund if item's come broken or wrong size. Anyways they refused to create returning ticket and completely refuse to refund me. It's been more then 30 days and I guess I'm never getting my 500€ back

Guys DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITES THERE ARE SEVERAL LIORAN CLE,LIOR CLE ALL FAKE THEY WILL SEND YOU CHEAP PRODUCTS FOR THE FRACTION OF THE PRICE.WAITING FOR REFUND BUT THEY ANSWER WITH DUMB ANSWERS AND PRETENDING THAT THEY WORK ON IT.WILL SUE THEM AND CLOSED THEIR WEBSITES SO THEY CANT OPERATE OUT FROM CHINA.WILL FIND THEM AND WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO CLOSE THEM DOWN>CROOKS AVOID

This is a very deceptive business. Has a host of websites (Lunerandcle.com, Tizonaa.com, Liorandcle.com, Clairove.com, cleorandvoire.com, noellure.com, cevarine.com) selling lights and purporting to be European. Once you order you will discover shipping is from China and not the delivery companies that they promise. They don't honour the policies promised on site. Will waste your time pretending that they are working on refunds when they are really only trying to stall. Had to open chargeback after loads of time wasting to get a promised refund and even then they don't give up and slyly tried to get me to close it - obviously don't do this as you would lose your right to reopen it. Also seeing many fake positive reviews oh their other trust pilot pages.
