Only 3 weeks in at the moment and have noticed a positive change in my mood and energy and better sleep and less night sweats. No change in bloated belly or weight loss at the moment but will continue and hopefully within the next 2 months this will start to change too.

Tried the Hormone Balance for a month and did feel initially better and my symptoms improved however unfortunately I was unable to continue with the product due to unforeseen circumstances.
I reached out to Customer Services and they were immediately supportive and understanding.
I have received a full refund from Lunera with no argument and can only thank them for being completely true to their word.

I have decided to try Lunera. I hadn’t realised that I had taken the subscription option. I emailed to cancel as would prefer to try the product first and received a response almost immediately from Cristel advising that the subscription had been cancelled but to let her know if I changed my mind or had any questions. Impressive. Makes me more inclined to give the product a proper trial when I don’t feel I am being scammed into a recurring subscription. Well done.

I’ve been taking lunera for 3 months now. My weight has not altered but that wasn’t the reason I started to take it. I can’t take HRT so opted for something else. After reading reviews etc I thought I’d give it a go. My energy levels have gone up. I was struggling with feeling tired all the time that has subsided and as time has gone on got much much better. I’d also become particularly dry in female area. But that has changed too. I shall continue on this journey with lunera and hope that the weight will follow on from very positive thinking. The continued support from the co founders is great. Knowing that someone is there to talk to.

Lovely small company to buy from. Their product ‘Lunera’ is very good. I’ve been taking it for over 2 months and I can’t believe the results! Sleeping so much better and losing weight slowly, but surely also feeling calmer.

Lunera has definitely made a difference to how I feel and function daily. Mentaly it's helped. It was difficult to keep focused early on, but with the support of Lunera and regular catch ups, I am.now at week 11. Still waiting for the weight to come off, but I've not put any more on so win there.

I've tried lots of hormone support supplements and this is the only one that has worked for me. After a few weeks I started sleeping better & have more energy. The weekly emails , telling you what to expect, are great. Cheaper than others on the market. If you have tried others & they've not worked I would recommend giving Lunera a try

Very Informative website, delivery quick, weekly updates very helpful and unfortunately as it didn;t work for me as an individual a full refund was given without any fuss or delay as per 180 day money back guarantee. Just wished it had worked for me.

Definitely not for me and hoping I haven’t been duped into a subscription here as bought three tubs, still have two unopened and am not bothered about a refund just don’t want any extra money taken.
Haven’t seen any difference in my symptoms, if anything I’ve actually put weight on 🙈
Seems to work for some people though so guess it just be my body’s response to it

I have been on Lunera now for coiming on three months now and the difference in myself is amazing , I have so much more energy can focus so much more , and my brain fog is all but gone ( thank the lord 😂🥴)

I was taking one in the morning with food then one with my dinner at nighttime , but to be honest I found that taking them together in the morning was having just the same effect I could last all day not feeling hungry and bloated 👍👍

I wish I had found this one I was first going through the menopause, I surly good gave done with it 👍👍

Ordering is very easy, delivery was quick and their customer service is excellent. You get weekly emails with lots of information about the product and how it works and helps. As for the product itself the hormonal supplement is just amazing. Not everyone will see results at the same time, mine was a bit slower but I’m so glad I stuck with it as it’s literally changed my life.
If anyone is reading this and is undecided, honestly just try it and stick with it, you’ll be glad you did!

I have taken Lunera for 9 weeks now and I have lost 11 lb in weight. This is not a miracle slimming pill, what it has done for me is remove the craving for carbohydrates that are bad for me. That and me being mindful of what I eat has led to the weight loss. I had gained so much weight due to the menopause and my belly was so big, I actually despaired of ever being able to lose weight again so this has been a revelation. I am fit and active therefore I haven’t noticed any major changes there and equally I was already taking magnesium tablets which are excellent for sleep but I am sure had I not been then this would’ve helped as well because these tablets contain magnesium. When I first started taking Lunera I did notice a shift in my mood and I felt lighter. I am so glad that I tried them and I would recommend that you do the same. If it doesn’t work for you then claim your money back. I hope to continue losing weight to get back to a more healthy weight. Note that these tablets are not marketed to help with hot flushes and I can confirm that they have made no difference to mine..

These little pills have really helped with my menopause symptoms. I have finally managed to start losing some weight after years of gaining. I am sleeping so much better too. The bloated feeling after food is no longer a problem. Highly recommend Lunera.
