Ordered shirts from #EXECUTIVEBASIC online, shirts arrived but not as described in material and sizing. Contacted their "customer service" and filed a complaint.
Contacted PayPal and requested refund....still waiting.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I Purchased Dassonic Wireless Open earbuds.
Terrible company to deal with ! Products was faulty after 6 weeks use. Co told me No refund as I should have advised them within 7 days of receiving the goods. Go figure ????. I finally got the refund via PayPal Resolution Centre. These people are real shonks!! Do not deal with them. They are a scam.!

Goods supplied advertised as USB rechargeable proved to be faulty .
Contacted seller who refused refund or replacement.
Contacted PayPal resolution centre seller agreed to return of goods for Refund to address in Florida USA at my expense.

Do not order anything from this company. Extremely long shipping time. Product does not closely resemble what they advertise. Over priced products. Cheap quality. Hard to reach customer service. Don't expect any refund.

If I can give them a -10 stars I would! This is a sacaming website. You make your order and wait months for it to not get delivered to you. I spoke to the post office and they said they have been dealing with this issue. The fake seller sends a miscellaneous item to someone in the same town as your address so that the seller can get a completion of transaction by the tracking number, saying delivered. When in fact, nothing got delivered to you and somebody received some kind of spoon or something stupid it doesn’t cost much to send then keep your money.

This company sells junk products are not as advertised customer support is very bad returns are almost impossible I purchased my products with PayPal option and PayPal refunded my purchase amount not Lunuta check there reviews on Google everything they say is spot on!!!!

Bought a coat that was poor quality and terrible fitting.

It was advertised as “Tailored” which it clearly wasn’t. The image they have used to advertise was AI. The print on the coat, didn’t line up on the back of the coat. It was so thin you can see the light through it.

You are not able to send anything back!! They offer you a % refund - I don’t want a horrible nasty coat, I wanted my money back and was willing to send it back.

PayPal sided with them as the coat was “as described” which it clearly wasn’t.

Terrible company, ordered an item and when it came it looked nothing like what was advertised and was damaged. You could call it a scam.
The customer service was no help at all.

Ordered, never received, disputed with PayPal, provided tracking number, item said it was delivered but never was, PayPal sided with seller.

The item I received was extremely poor quality, wrongly sized and did not match the description. Customer service was very unhelpful and repeatedly asked for photographs, despite these already being provided, seemingly to stall any attempt at issuing a refund. Overall, the process was frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Worst company in my lifetime, Christmas Gift items received broken and they could care less. Tell you to check order confirmation and they failed to send one. Received only a USPS confirmation only 4 weeks later, and a PayPal receipt which they don't honor. Just a 45.09 total waste of money. Would have a better experience if I threw 45.09 off a boat in Lake Michigan,

Order from this company and it was to be a Lab on the picture and saying, but instead I received something about a coonhound…it was a Christmas gift so it will be useless after reading these reviews to contact and try to mess with PayPal! Warning don’t buy!!!

I purchased a led bedsides light .
When it arrived I was gobsmacked at the ridiculous size and quality of it .it was a small round led band with no base and just a usb plug.
Small as anything.and of poor quality it cost $28 and I could purchase one on ebay for $8 .
Pure garbage

If i could give zero stars i would.
Ordered expensive item. Got delivered cheap plastic not relevant item and they argue package was delivered.
DO NOT USE

This outfit is a total scam.
Advertise one thing and then send you cheap junk. Forget about PayPal helping you they are USELESS.

I ordered a shirt and a pair of shorts got the shorts NOT the shirt. Tried to trace it filled out their on line forms apparently I do not exist.

They claim package was delivered, but I never received it.
