Thanks to Dean and the team, they’ve done a super job on a pitched and flat roof combo, no messing around a professional job done had to come through the house very polite and hoovered and tidied afterwards. I’d highly recommend this local firm. Thanks again

Good communications from Dean at Luna Roofing, he responded to my initial enquiry, which other roofing companies didn't and kept me informed of when they could come and take a look and what was likely causing the problem. Dean has now resolved the problem with our roof, which had been an issue since the house was built 8 years ago, so very pleased. I would certainly use Luna Roofing again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Roofing Company.

I have an old, end terrace cottage that had considerable amount rotten wood in the roof under my slate roof.
I looked at other roofing companies, but having seen the workmanship that Dean Donovan of Luna Roofing did on a neighbouring property, I made contact.
Dean arranged a day to assess and carried out a drone inspection. Within two days I received an estimate for the work to be carried out.
The scaffolding was erected by Peak Scaffold and two days later the work started.
Every day when the work had stopped, Dean would send me an update and photographs of the work that he and his workman had done. There was considerable rotten wood and this was removed and replaced. New membrane was fitted, lead valleys and slate tiles replaced. The work was completed within two weeks. My property was left in a pristine condition.
I cannot stress highly enough the professionalism that Dean Donovan and his workman carried out, which was to an exceptional high standard.
It is a real pleasure that I would recommend Luna Roofing to anyone. JC

After some damage caused by solar panel installers our roof began to leak quite significantly. Following a recommendation, we contacted Dean and I'm so grateful to him for making everything so painless.

Dean is an excellent project manager, planning for the scaffolding to go up only a day before work commenced, which included getting in electricians to disconnect the solar panels just hours before the roofers set to work replacing all wooden supports and refelting on one side of the roof. Following Day 1, Dean sent through a video showing the work that had been completed but also pointing out additional work to the led flashing (which had recently been carried out by another 3rd party provided by the solar panel people) that needed to be redone. Within 12 hours, we had the costs for additional work which was carried out the next day and another video sent to clearly explain everything that had been completed.

As soon as the remaining invoice was paid the scaffolding came down the next day.

It was an absolute pleasure having Dean and the team here who were respectful of our property and reassuring all the way through.

Dean and his team worked efficiently and the roof repairs were well done. The team was cheerful and well led by Dean who took a pride in a job well done. A reliable, trustworthy company that did great work on what was needed doing on our roof. What was being done and how it was being done was explained before they started. After each stage they explained what they had done. They came on time and finished within the time frame originally given. At the end they cleared up so you wouldn't know they had been! Five stars every time.

The whole experience of working with Luna Roofing was a pleasure. They were upfront about the costs and kept us fully informed if there were any changes. They clearly have a good relationship with the scaffolding company as it was installed and removed promptly. I would thoroughly recommend Dean and his team.

We were very impressed from start to finish with Luna roofing,they kept in touch and talked us through all that needed doing to sort out a leak around our listed cottage chimney,took photos before and after the job was completed,were very polite and tidy,we'd definitely use them again and would certainly recommend them.

Reasonably priced, punctual arrival on the day they promised, very quickly set themselves up, did the chimney repair and were gone. Brilliant communication throughout the process - at last we've found a reliable and responsive roofing company, we now won't use anyone else.

Absolutely fantastic experience - no mucking around with quotes like some firms seem to do these days. A rough estimate was given at time of inspection, an official quote followed soon after once everything was priced up, and the price was stuck to once the work was carried out. We were fit in quickly and were treated to a very friendly and professional experience. Possibly some of the most punctual tradesmen I've ever met as well. Thanks Luna Roofing for a job well done!

Excellent job by Luna Roofing.
Roof had developed a leak (due to shoddy workmanship from a previous company) which meant water was entering our property and running down inside wall. Lunar were quick to come out and inspect / quote after we contacted them.
Work was completed the day after the scaffolding went up. All works were completed in one day and the roofer worked like a trooper to get this done and only stopped for a quick coffee at lunch. Dean popped round at the end of the day to to introduce himself and to help finish tidying up.

Personally I wouldn't use this company. They have no respect for surrounding properties and boundaries and cause damage. They leave mess everywhere. Not the impression you really want to be leaving. In response to your reply, you are correct I have not had work done by you and nor would I. I have had issues with rubbish and damage to my property to which I spoke directly to you and was basically told I was lying. So in fact this review is legitimate.
