Awful quality, items look nothing like the images on the website, which I now realise are stock images other cheap, knock-off brands also use.
I've tried to contact them for a refund, as per the refunds policy they have on their website, but my emails have been completely ignored.

I wish I had checked the Trustpilot reviews before making a purchase. The item I received looked nothing like what was advertised on the model. Returning it to China would have cost as much as the item itself. This is definitely not a high-end product. I was offered a mere 15% refund—completely unacceptable. Avoid this seller at all costs

This is a scam.Dont buy from them.Items are cheaply made in China and of poor quality.Returns are supposedly only available if you post to China but their dispatch address is in Manchester, M40.They'll offer you a 30% refund and hope you go away.If the clothes were of good quality then they'd offer returns and there wouldn't be any.

Don’t not buy the is is a scam and needs every one to report them as they are scamming people out of money and sending out awful plastic clothing from china pretending to have a office in Manchester and then USA. They are also hiding reviews and only showing 5 star on their website TOTAL SCAM report to trading standards. I will not stop until I get all my money back

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. The clothing is awful- nothing like the picture on Social Media at all! And when you ask for a refund you have to send it to China- at your own cost. They then talk about saving CO2 and not sending it back. It’s a total scam.

Do not be fooled by the ads on social media. Item is cheaply made and looks nothing like as advertised. The company advertise themselves as an eco friendly company and state they are based in Manchester, but they ship from China and returns go to China. It took more than two weeks to arrive, and when I requested a refund, they advised I had to cover costs to send back to China - so clearly not concerned about their carbon footprint. Do NOT order from this company.

Ordered a co-ord set, looked nothing like the picture, style was completely different, material was very cheap - like a gingham image printed on to white material. Very cheap looking. Expensive returns to China. Avoid at all costs

Absolute con! Bought a set that arrived looking nothing like the photo on the website or social media. I emailed because they said they offered refunds, to be told I had to pay to return it to China or make 2 more orders with 15% off and they'll plant a tree instead of refunding. Apparently the HQ is Manchester UK but they can't accept orders. Item is cheaply made and not fit for purpose.

Terrible, scam clothing from China! Do not be fooled by Instagram ads showing nice co-ords. They are cheap, thin, terrible quality, defective and nothing at all like the advertising or colours shown. I requested a refund and of course they are not in ‘Manchester’ they have to be sent to China which would cost the same amount to post back, and you have to cover the cost. They offered a 15% refund which is under £5 so a complete waste of time.
Very annoyed with myself for trusting. Came on here first to look for reviews and there were none. So adding one now to hope others don’t fall victim. AVOID!!!
