The Lumos Health team, including Esteban and Moonish, were incredibly helpful to my family and me as we desperately attempted to navigate the health insurance world. They educated us on the industry, jargon, and pitfalls and held our hands throughout the entire process. We never felt like we were doing the wrong thing or making a decision that would come back to bite us. We felt taken care of and that we had the right team on our side. We're eternally grateful for all that the Lumos Health team has done for us and will happily use them every year from now on.

What made my experience great is that the Lumos Health team spent with me as much time as I needed in order to help me feel comfortable with the healthcare decision process. They made themselves available to me at convenient times and were also responsive to my questions throughout the process.

Finding the appropriate medical insurance has always been a problem for me. Using this site and the help of the staff made an incredible difference. Honestly, without Lumos I might have given up on the whole insurance thing. Este and Moonish were able to give me logical, data based advice for the best plan for me. My situation is not the most straight forward but they helped me understand what was most important for me in selecting the best possible plan for my needs. They spent countless hours poring over plans with with me to read the fine print and ensure I was getting what I needed, and talking through the pros and cons of different directions.
