I think this is a scam. A drone show in Kongelunden (fligth path of CPH Copenhagen Airport) is not very likely to happen - rules for flying drones close to an airport are very strict in Denmark!

It’s a SCAM

It’s a SCAM, I stupidly bought tickets for $140 with parking and Fast pass… It’s a lesson learned, if it’s too good to be true it most certainly a big scam. Parks Canada replied to my email and below is the warning from their website …

Bulletins
Rouge National Urban Park
Unauthorized sale of experiences in Rouge National Urban Park
Issued: June 13, 2025
Parks Canada is warning the public to be cautious of fraudulent online ticket sales promoting fabricated experiences and events in Rouge National Urban Park, including hot air balloon rides and drone shows.
These fake events are being promoted through unverified third-party websites and social media accounts, such as The Candle Experience and Lumora Sky Experience. These sites are not affiliated with Parks Canada, and no such events are scheduled or permitted to take place in Rouge National Urban Park.

Good afternoon Rachelle,

Thank you for reaching out to us here at Rouge National Urban Park. This event is a scam. Parks Canada has posted the following bulletin on our website if that helps: In addition there are signs now on site notifying visitors that the event is not real nor authorized to be in the park.

I hope this information helps and thank you for checking before you came to the park in October!

Show never took place

Purchased tickets for Event: Parking VIP,Lumora Sky Experience (Canada) Date: Toronto (Rouge national) / July 5. Drove all the way out there, and when I arrived parking lot was locked. Ran into other people that purchased tickets and showed up. Spoke to the people at Rouge National park and they said they never heard of the show, there were no permits and nothing was ever planned. They joked "Looks like you folks were scammed - sorry about that". I then did a search and found the show was not promoted anywhere outside the Facebook ad I saw, which was very odd. I then saw their website was created a few days before I bought the ticket, and all the postive reviews were fake. Oddly enough, I did get a refund but was a total waste of the night. Company did say "We had to cancel last might and sent out an email" which I never got, and they were not able to produce.

"Doors open at 8:30 PM. Show begins at 11:00 PM (duration ~45 minutes)" This is also odd, as no other drone show goes on for more than 10-15 min. Whole thing seems like a major scam.
