The order did eventually arrive, but was missing half the things on the order. Have emailed and sent photo's as proof .. not heard back! Complete wast of my time and especially my money .. Do not buy this product .
Ordered the 1 March and still nto received - emailed them twice with one response but still no packages .
They need to be reported for fraud and get stopped from ripping off consumers .
This company is a scam.. I finally received the product and want a refund.. lost count of how many times I have sent emails and followed their “terms and conditions”! What a joke. These online companies are now 80\% scams! Why are they not shut down! Disgusted.
Gosh - I hate scammers. This is not a legitimate company from Ireland. It is apparently a seller for a manufacturer in China. It lures you in with deceiving lowlife influencers online and with the pretence that it is an Irish company you can trust but it is a giant scam. You do get a product, but who knows what's in it. I doubt very much that it's silicone. It's clearly not been through any regulations and there's a disclaimer on the box stating the seller has nothing to do with the product! WTF! Gross. 25 quid down the drain. Worse than that is the feeling of being scammed though. I hate Meta for not vetting too. (I was sold the lie through Instagram).
I have just received the silicone stick that I ordered on the 20th Feb. This has come from China not Ireland and is not worth the money paid. I feel totally ripped off and have had no response to my requests for a refund. Do not buy!
I placed an order on 23rd february and I still haven’t received it. The tracking says order not found. I have sent numerous emails requesting a full refund. They replied to my first email apologising for delay but assured me the order had been sent. Unfortunately that’s a lie as I’m still waiting.
Ordered and paid haven’t received anything no reply to emails think I’ve been scammed.
No replies..took money. No product. Do not buy!!!
I have ordered the product on the 2nd March and paid for it. I have sent numerous emails. I have received no response. I have an order no 10381. It seems a scam. Haven't received the stick
FAKE! scammers taking money & sending nothing, wont reply to emails, fake order numbers & no tracking .
false advertising
