I had a quality issue with the product…

I had a quality issue with the product and contacted the customer support. The team was very helpful and responded quickly. We verified the issue and I got a replacement free of charge. So, very happy with the service in this case. What comes to the product, I have used it only for about 2 months so cannot say much about the results. I do use other supplementary products in parallel also, but I think together my hair feels thicker compared to the start of the therapies.

This product has helped me regrow parts of my hair that were already gone. It works form me but diet is also important to fight any inflammation in your system as well as having copper dense foods.

LUMINOVA CAP

Like I read it about other review. My product also didn't work long. Just 2 weeks and after that the thing doesn't even charge anymore. I'm very disappointed. Waste of money. I also don't know if using the spray for hairs from them it's SAFE. Cause when someone LIE, it's everything lies.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, RIP OFF!

This company sent a cheap INSERT with about 45 RED lights and a ball cap instead of the product shown in their advertisement showing a cap with about a thousand red lights inbeded in it. This is switch and bait, complete RIP OFF!!!

Misleading Video / Poor Quality

Videos promoting this product are misleading. You get a very cheap baseball cap, then a pad that you need to locate in the cap (which doesn't sit very well). Doesnt over front to back or side of your scalp, so have to use it twice, for front of head and then back of head. Lasted one week. And I can see reviews here, many have stated that the product has lasted 2-3 weeks. Same Cap can be bought much cheaper on Catch.com

It doesn't look like the pictures- and it's already broken

Be aware, it doesn't look anything like what is in the product shots on their sales pages. AND mine only lasted 2 or 3weeks before breaking.

It isn't a hat. They do give you a cheap hat with it with a huge logo that isn't discreet.

The device is a narrow strip of LEDs that doesn't even cover your entire top of your scalp. I have to move it forward or backward and run extra cycles just to cover my hairline or my crown. It isn't big enough to cover both at once. And I have a small head. I wear kids size hats a lot of the time.

Aside from it breaking in 2-3 weeks of use, it just wasn't at all what I expected or even close to what they advertised.

I've contacted them about the issues and we'll see what happens. I'll update based on the experience.

Great company to deal with

Received my Luminova cap in September but after about 3 months it failed. Contacted Luminova and after a couple of sent videos they replaced it. So impressed with their customer service it was a revelation. Great company to deal with. Special thanks to Mary with whom I dealt. X

Great product, great support…

The cordless device is SO conscience and relaxing to use! Although I had an issue with my device, a simple email and explanation had the support team remediate the issue swiftly and all through the Xmas and new Year period. Amazing product, amazing service. Thank you, Luminova!

Hair Revive Pro - ordered, late shipping, no communication, makes me nervous

I paid for a Hair Revive Pro, process on the payment was easy.
Shipment was taking a while to update which I didn’t mind. What I don’t like was after multiple days of emails asking about E.T.A’s no one has replied.
I have yet to receive the hat yet and it’s made me suspicious whether I have been scammed.

Luminova Red light therapy Cap

I'm optimistic that the product is working as the front of my hair is getting a little thicker. I've only been using for 3 months but not everyday, occasionally. I'm yet to see any hair growth in the back. Mary was very helpful when replacing my faulty Cap. Great 👌 customer service.

133 days of use...

They say 90 day "risk free trial", i saw small growth but not enough to see any growth so asked to return it, they do honor their free trial and extended my trial another 90 days to see the results. Now another 50 days in I can see the growth so im 100% keeping it, very happy to see they keep their word, so really no harm done even if it didnt work for me.

Reconsider purchasing this product

Why it's taking so long is that the delivery is coming from China, then my package gets stolen from outside a business address because their courier thought it was a bright idea to deliver it @8:30 at night! Brilliant! *update*- they issued a refund for the full amount, which is fine, but they really need to get a more dependable courier so I'll still stand by that.
