DO NOT USE EVER totally scam and strange my account was hacked hacked after i bought on this site?? Still waiting on my product and no Refund at all. Scam and Shane on you.

What a joke of a company. The ads make you think that this is made in Ireland so in support of an Irish company I ordered some products. It took weeks and weeks for it to arrive from CHINA! and the customer support is absolutely ridiculous. Do not use this company, it's all a scam.

Paid for this cream Aug 1. Delivered today on 22 following much chasing.
the product is not as advertised, different name on tube to that of packaging. Non compliancy with The EU Cosmetics Regulation (Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009) - does not state on pack country of origin, manufacturers name or address. Have requested refund.

Was looking forward to trying this product. Ordered on 01.08.25 arrived 22.08.25. Very pale and I ordered Tan and brush is tiny not like advertised , different branded tube Eelhoe, smells like cheap makeup, do not buy. Waste of money

Ordered from Luminova and received product from EElhoe! Contacted customer service and was advised they are no longer called Luminova!

Firstly it is not an Irish company as falsely advertised. It comes from china and is not the product advertised. It’s a cheap cover cream, brush is tiny and crap. Do not buy. It’s a scam. Too expensive to return.

This is a total scam. This cream doesn’t cover veins or spider veins like advertised. The colours are also a lot paler than shown on the screen. The packaging is in completely different branding (Eel hoe) although when I contacted them, they told me that their packaging is “transitioning”. The colours do not correlate with the colours shown on the advertisement. Customer service have been absolutely no help. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

If I could give No stars I would. Absolute scam. Don’t waste your money. Received some cheap cream called Eelhoe.

Complete scam. Supposed to be ordering from an 'irish' company... it comes from China in bashed up packaging with a tiny useless brush. Packaging looks nothing like what is advertised, chinese writing on it... SCAM SCAM SCAM

Shocking how they are getting away with selling this . It’s not the same product in the box as described . It’s white in colour and makes you look like death . Avoid avoid avoid

DO NOT ORDER THIS RUBBISH. Scam from start to finish. I ordered medium (3 tubes) I’m pale skinned but this took pale on another level. I requested a refund but was told there was no refund on these products. DISGRACEFUL. I have also noted that I have been the subject of alot of scam calls & text since I placed order 3 weeks ago. Might be coincidence- but I doubt it. Steer well clear.

If I could give it 0 stars I would terrible product it goes on white and dosent change so disappointing especially when I heard it was an Irish company what a waste of money and brush is terrible also. Do not buy from them.

Product delivered has a different name. It is rubbish. Don't bother ordering.

Total Scam. Totally different product delivered - Eelhoe. You won't get what you pay for and they won't refund your money. Don't believe the post paid return label - isn't honoured. I think their CS is AI....

False advertising. Bought via tiktok shop. Cheap packaging was the start made in china. Not ireland. No coverage whatsoever. Terrible

Keep away. Ordered well over 2 weeks ago for an event this weekend . Still have not received . When I contacted them they told me it still has not even been shipped so I asked to cancel my rider which they won't do and my order still has not been shipped ? Isn't this ment to be an Irish company? An absolute joke

Ordered the product advertised, delighted it was from an Irish company, only to see it was shipped from China and a different product arrived. I Emailed the company and they said its the same product but they are transitioning their packaging, from reviews here, it seems to be taking a long time to do this. FALSE ADVERTISING AND A TERRIBLE PRODUCT THAT DIDNT MATCH THE COLOUR ORDERED. DONT BUT, ITS A SCAM

I, like many of your reviewers, was completely misled by the advertising from liminova.advert gave impression it was coming from Ireland but in fact came from china. Rubbish product, no coverage. Am going to look for refund

as all other reviews say this is a scam company ordered 3 tubes, small all same shade instesd of a tan one with 2 medium . They arrived but not the same product a light cream bad brush different name on packaging. I'm disgusted a total waste of money. its going back to address on envelope. Instagram needs to up their awareness of false advertising.
