Easy to order products, very easy to contact Customer Service, excellent Customer Service, easy to Modify the order.

I ordered 2 corner lights. I received 1 and the one that came did not work. I reached out to customer support to get a replacement and sent the second one. they asked me for photos. I sent them. It's been 6 months now of me emailing every other week reminding them that they have not helped me. NEVER SHOP HERE

This light is awesome and my family loves it!

I’m quite nervous when it comes to internet shopping. Was thrilled when the package for the clock lamp I ordered arrived and it looks and works exactly as advertised. It looks really stunning. I’ve just gone on the website to buy a second one as a gift. Luke was wonderful with responding to questions before purchase and whilst waiting for delivery.

This was very easy to put together. I have it placed on the wall my television is on to light up the back. Wish it was a little taller

The lamps are what I expected. I did have difficulty setting them both at white light only which is all I want from them. Given that there are rwo of them, it took me a few attempts before I realised that only one remote was required to operate both and that programming the second remote cancelled out the first. Maybe offering a white or warm light only lamp would be a good idea.

There was an issue with the delivery and the product being damaged . A quick email and back and forth replacement sent . Happy with how quick and easy it was sorted

I had no issues; they came in when they said they would and they look good in the rooms I put they.

This is the second time I have purchased from Luminous Terrace and I can’t say enough about their product and their customer service. Love my lights and Luke was extremely helpful with any questions I had. I can’t recommend this company enough.

The hooks to hold the lights are not very steady. The lighs themselves are very nice.

The Light is the coolest.

Basic directions were somewhat weak. However, when I received an e mail about the additional capabilities of this light, that was very illuminating!

I love my lanterns, they're super cute and give a realistic feel and no light pollution for the neighbours :)

I ordered 3 items, 2 of which were back ordered. Luminous Terrace immediately notified me of the back order and asked if I wanted a refund. It wasn't a big deal that these were coming late so I said it was ok, proceed with the order. The piece I did receive arrived early, and it looks fantastic.

I certainly would recommend and will be ordering from them again.
