I just received my order (3 weeks after ordering). The bases are plastic, not solid wood as advertised on the website. I also did not receive remotes for either of them. The light is nice but not true to the photos. I consistently try to purchase from original companies rather than buying a knockoff from Amazon but for this order I definitely overpaid for the product I received.

Customer service is incredible: ordered a cube quite a while ago and was surprised that it was easily and affordably shipped to Iceland. Placed a second order just recently and although their usual logistics partner was unable to deliver to Iceland, they were able to quickly find another vendor and get a package on its way-- I was told it might take several weeks, but only about two weeks later we received our order! Fantastic communication and the team at Luminorth are incredibly helpful: great team.

I love these lights!! They are so relaxing and beautiful and a little bit “trippy”! The delivery was super fast too. I highly recommend these!!!

Nice product and works exactly as advertised. Customer service is astonishingly good. Highly responsive and I had an issue and they fixed it immediately, with no hassles.

Amazing company and product! I ordered 3 Luminorth cubes, the original package was delivered incorrectly, and I never received it. I reached out to Luminorth customer service, and they immediately researched the issue, provided a replacement and got the cubes to us. Now that we have them, we’ll probably order more, because I absolutely love how they make our rooms look. The lights are so calming, my sons have been sleeping better since we switched out their nightlights for these. We’ve placed one in the living room and our friends have all asked us where to get them. Luminorth also emailed me to make sure we got the replacement package, and they were just incredibly kind. Highly recommend buying these!

Beautiful light and great service
I found these lights on Instagram in November and ordered three. They look very nice and the adult kids love them. I think anyone would enjoy them actually. One of the lights did not operate properly and after sending an email to the company they sent out a replacement without hassle. I believe this is a small business and I enjoy working with them.

I would highly not recommend buying directly from Luminorth. Cube costed $40 but the lightbulb cover was made out of plastic, which can minimize the reflectance and shine compared to glass. Also only works best at night if your room is pitch black/have blackout windows. If you are planning to let light in, don't bother getting this cube. Only works best in really small and dark areas.
Lastly, the light covers only half of the room. My room is quite small so im quite disappointed by my purchase

Customer service was extraordinary and splendid. My cubes were lost in shipment and they did the best service recovery. I least expect that. Definitely would want to purchase more when there are other products being listed.

I had an issue with the delivery of my order but Luminorth sent a new package immediately! Great customer service and I love the light up cubes. Very relaxing to have in bedroom at night! Thanks so much

I used my light last night during a Sound Healing session. So many people commented on it and asked where they can buy one. I did experience a delay in shipping but customer service was on it even before I noticed . I can’t say enough about this experience. I wish all online businesses would follow their model 🙏

I purchased two cubes prior to Christmas, and unfortunately they were caught in the postal strike. However, Luminorth representatives proactively reached out to update me and apologize (even though it wasn’t their fault), They provided ongoing communication and without me asking, generously sent out two replacement cubes via courier, so I would be sure to have them in time for for Christmas. So appreciated and so unexpected. The cubes were a hit with the two children who received them. I find them very calming and beautiful. Happy to support such a customer centred business. Highly recommend!

The cubes are wonderful. Beautiful colors and options. Very relaxing. The customer service was incredible. It was like they could read my mind - answering my questions before I even asked. Very quick to react to Canada Post strike and the delay this would cause. Shipped a second order via courier and they arrived in time for Christmas-as they were to be gifts.
