Totally fabricated lies on the Instagram and website claiming that they are a business in Leeds that is closing down. Very convincing web site to complete the fraudulent marketing. I have received an absolute joke of a substandard jumper. I feel a fool for being duped by these con artists

This is a scam. I was in desbelief when I received the item. Very low quality. Badly finished, no labels , made in china. it is cheap and nasty. No paperwork for returns and it took 3 weeks to arrive. I paid it with PayPal and requested my money back but there is no guarantee of getting your money back.
Be aware. I will put this in facebook and contact Trading Standards to stop this abuse.

This company is a SCAM. It tooks several weeks to receive the two items I ordered and both are of very cheap materials and way oversized. It states very clearly on the website that all items are fully refundable but when I emailed to ask how I should return the items for a refund I received a reply that stated that returns cost at least £25 "to return items to our warehouse" (which, apparently, is in China). This whole story about "the sale is because we are closing our London store and moving to Leeds" is utter fiction and a SCAM. Do not buy anything from this company. You have been warned.

Same as the other one star reviews. Terrible quality items. No help when trying to return, offered me a fraction of the cost to purchase to keep the items, and no response when I asked for the return address to send back to get a full refund. Waste of money!!

I did have some problems with the clothes ordered but I received excellent customer service from Rebecca and all was sorted out amicably. The 5 star review is for Rebecca's support which was much appreciated.

Terrible quality items and faulty.
Returns are at buyer's expense and all the way back to China, meaning by the time charges have been made you're out of pocket even with a refund.

Misleading website UK address, on product page says no issue returns so ordered more than one size

Items are in-fact shipped straight from china and you can only get a full refund if faulty - otherwise the return address is in china!

Rebecca who I dealt with about returning my faulty items was helpful otherwise would be no stars. The refund was processed quickly after a couple of days back and forth l.

The items that arrived were mis-sized looked like child sized not uk sizing, also poor quality material and didn’t look the same quality as in pictures. You would get much better ok primark
Or supermarket clothing.

I would never have ordered if I knew the items were being shipped from china.

The order arrived after 15 days. It's like it was made for a child. I sized up but it's way too small even in the arms and length. I've asked to return but they've offered me 15% refund instead. Would rather return and pay the postage. Feel completely scammed as product not as described. I think I'll try to get a refund from my credit card instead.

Ordered 3 October, received 17 October. The clothes are unbranded from China. They advertise as having a store in London - this is a fake address. The clothes themselves are ok at best. I bought a jacket and a cardigan, the cardigan at least looks like it should, but the jacket's sleeves are much too short, the back has too much material so bunches weirdly, and it's quite tight, when I sized up. Avoid.

Do not buy such sub standard clothing.
Firstly your order will be shipped from China so will never arrived within 5-8 days.
When it does arrive you’ll be extremely disappointed with such poor items. I order the military suit with free jumper, the trousers are made from a different material to the jacket so don’t even match. The free jumper has to be free because it’s such poor quality you won’t buy it. I also ordered a zip up hoodie which again is just the shiny spongy material. Even at the heavily discounted prices they are over priced for what you’re getting.
Had I if known the order would come from China I wouldn’t ordered. It’s just a scam to sell terrible clothes which won’t last long at all. You could probably find all this on shein or temu for less then £10 and even at that price after having the item I wouldn’t have paid.
Done be fooled and don’t buy such appalling items. You wouldn’t buy them in the shop

Poor service, delays in shipping and then find out it ships from China, return address for unsuitable goods is also China.
