I ordered two lamps on 6/6/25 and paid through Shop Pay by credit card. I regularly requested new tracking links which always say 'pending'.
On 25/8 I emailed requesting a refund and cancellation of order. I have not heard anything back.
Have now opened a dispute with my bank.

I ordered two lamps for AUD$280 and they were never sent to us. I’ve followed up multiple times by email and phone but had no acknowledgement.

Ordered a lamp which never arrived. Made a complaint from which they assured me it was coming - it never did. This company is FAKE and very, very dodgy. My order with them now does not exist (I've checked). It's just as if I never ordered and never paid.
Further to this, I have attempted to track my order and discovered that the PayPal payment actually went to a company named 'Heybiotics'. It is registered in London with less than 10 employees, according to the UK companies register, company number 16148568. You'll find them here: 128 City Road, London, EC1V2NX. 'Heybiotics' certainly doesn't sell rechargeable lights! They were incorporated on 23 December 2024. BEWARE!

After waiting for almost one month, my Retro Chic rice paper table lamp, (reduced to $82 from $160) finally arrived in a badly bent package.
The internal metal support is badly bent and the actual rice paper has a hole in it.
A dreadful rip off. Wish I'd read the reviews of this company before placing my order. Not happy!
Never again!

I ordered a light from here and it never arrived. I wrote numerous emails to ask where it was, and on the tracking number it only said processing, never said shipped. I never heard back

Ordered 2 lamps, and only 1 arrived. I have sent numerous emails regarding the missing lamp but have not received a response. Feeling very disappointed with this Company and annoyed that I did not look at reviews prior to ordering.

They sent the wrong size fittings for the lights I ordered.
They haven’t replied to my numerous emails. I’ve tried contacting them on their info page as well. No reply.
Feeling ripped off.

Address in the US but shipped from China - No contact phone number.
Very flimsy and low quality product for even the 50%discounted price. Rip-off. Says 30 days free return but never reply my emails. Product can never be returned -> lost money. Very unhappy!0 star for them!
