Cannot give zero stars sadly. Highly deceptive checkout process has resulted in me being massively overcharged. Customer service don't care. I'm hoping PayPal will assist.

Deceptive checkout
Deceptive checkout. I ordered five lights at $16 each. The total was not displayed at checkout. My fault for continuing. Receipt was emailed for $113.40, or $22.68 each. Of course customer service is nonexistent.

They are not responsible for defective sales
I purchased a water filter from this company, but it broke after just two weeks of use. Despite sending multiple emails and making several phone calls—leaving voice messages each time—I never received a response. The company failed to address the issue or take responsibility for selling me a defective product.
