Fantastic customer service. One of the colours from the yuletide pack was out of stock. Around 15 minutes after ordering I received a phone call apologising and they offered a similar colour instead. Will certainly be ordering again soon.

Everything was fine except when the parcel arrived the wool had been flat packed
Two things there was a lot of plastic for two balls of wool and it also damaged the label so unfortunately not a very sustainable and environmentally healthy way of posting

Hi Sam, thank you for your comments. Actually, to clarify, the packaging we use is 100% recycled. Vacuum sealing for 3 balls or less is environmentally friendly not only for shipping but reduces the postage cost, otherwise it would be classed as a parcel and be much more expensive to purchase. We and many other businesses use this method to deliver a high quality product in perfect condition. The label and product arrives perfectly when unpacked.
