Ordered for an event an outfit 5 days in advance because the website promised same day delivery. It’s been 5 days and still didn’t receive my package. Ive called multiple times so far asking for help and they promised they would get back to me, just to be let down again, not being called back. The event is tomorrow and could have ordered something else if they at least let me know.
