I ordered items on Dec 5– first one did not fit received in Feb and second item sent was not even the correct item— received March 6, 2020. No customer service in US- no response when I tried to address issue on line.
Offered $12 restitution on a $74.98 order. Unacceptable— these folks are crooks. — do not buy form this vendor! If you buy, then you are bound to be robbed too.

The item I received was not what I expected and returned it with in the staled time. It was posted 9 weeks ago. Still no refund despite emailing them. Reply say the item has not arrived and the postal tracking is out of date.

Read the reviews, then decide if throwing your hard earned money away is what you really planned to do. Of course not!!There are more than a dozen of these China based clothing companies. They have no ethics whatever. They post deceptive high end glossy photos in an effort to rope people into buying their shoddy, ugly worthless stuff. Then, because they are based overseas, YOU have to jump through hoops to get any response, (if you even get that) Or a cancellation on your credit card, or a resolution from PayPal. The GOOD news - these sleaze buckets have by now established such a lousy rep with so many unhappy customers being defrauded, that they're probably soon going the way of the scam IRS tax callers (who have East Asian accents and American names? Please). The phony reviews of these clothing companies frequently have a male name as the writer. And laughable, clumsy grammar. Clearly written by a non-native English speakers. Why would a man order women's clothing. I read: 'we got back what we invested in a very short time", and 'I enjoyed visiting your store and loved your staff'. My personal favorite review: "Tesla owners will be happy.." (A TESLA is an automobile). Waste your money if you must. But, just don't say you haven't been warned!

I ordered a dress from Lulugal without reading the reviews. I placed my order on March 1, 2017, they quickly debited my account but I have not received my dress! After reading all the bad reviews I decided to considered myself screwed!! Lesson learned!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! IT IS A SCAM!!!

Horrible clothing and UNDISCLOSED return policy! They send you junk you can't wear and then they offer you a 50% refund to keep it which isn't a full 50%. I have reported this business to the Federal Trade Commission. I should have know when there was no phone number or person associated with the order I should have run! THIS CLOTHING IS SO BAD THEY DON'T WANT IT BACK!

I ordered 2 shirts and a necklace from Liligal. A few hours later something told me to read the reviews. After seeing all the negative reviews and the difficulties with refunds and customer service, or lack thereof, I decided to quickly open a ticket on the website and cancel my order. Surprisingly I got an email the next day saying my paypal was credited. So, I have no complaints as far as that goes. I just didn't want to take the chance of losing money on items i didn't receive or couldn't wear. I guess I am lucky this time...I learned my lesson and will read reviews first from now on lol

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!

This is the same company as ROTITA. Check reviews about Rotita and you'll not ever want to do business with Lulugal!!

Worst company ever. Don't buy from them they are thifts I sent back 2 dresses for another size and have not received any thing back had to pay for the return. I don't know how this people get away with this kind of stuff and the bad reviews how do they stay in business. 1st and last time of buying any thing. Elena

Advertises 'easy 30 day return poliucy'. Its just taken me over 3 months to get a refund, and I had to pay postage to return item. The item looked nothing like the photo. The photo showed a loose cowl neck, when in fact it was a tight polo neck. Returns are discouraged, they prefer to give a pathetic 20% off your next purchase! Having no intention of buying anything else I told them I wanted refund and got reply " oh well, if you insist!" Had to send photos / proof of return costs that they were not going to refund anyway!
I knew it would take some time to return but after a few weeks I had to ask them if they had received it. Yes they had, just hadn't bothered refunding it until they got my reminder. Now going to block their emails & will never buy from company that deals direct to China again

If I could review it lower I would. I order a coat paid for it thru paypal..took my money, won't respond to me. Paypal didn't respond as well.Do not order thru them. I got confirmation of payment thru paypal it went to someone called Hussein.

I tried to return a dress that did not fit (way, way too small), but the online store did not accept my order number (L1703142144232432) even though it was copied directly from my confirmation email. I created a "ticket" on the liligal.com site but received no response. When I submitted the "ticket" this was copied from their site: "Thank you for your message, your Ticket ID is T8063745011 we will reply you in one business day except holidays..." I received no response.

I finally did get a response from their Facebook page, but they wanted to give me a 20% discount on my next purchase and they discouraged me from returning the dress since it would cost me more to ship it to China than it was worth. I'm going to give the dress away.

This company is TERRIBLE !!!

Never received anything from the seller in email in regards to an order number or tracking information. After a couple weeks I opened a case with Paypal. The seller sent the information thru Paypal case. The package had been shipped, made it to US, cleared customs, and had left the local distribution center. After weeks of the status not changing and the USPS not able to track\find the package I requested the seller to either resend or refund. They continued to tell me to wait. Indicating it would take longer or the product was back logged. It was all a stalling tactic to keep me from escalating with PayPal. I suppose we'll see if Paypal will honor the protection plan and maybe stop doing business with this company.

I am not sure who is writing these good reviews-maybe it is Lulugal themselves. This company is dishonest and has the worst customer service. Their sizes are all over the place and when confronted about it they state they will compensate you for the mix up and then fall off the face of the earth. I really wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing from them, they need to be stopped! If they want to scam their own country (China) that is one thing but they need to stay out of the USA!!!!!!

Bought a top - looks lovely in the picture and on Pinterest.
I ordered a size 2XXl as I am a size 16-18. The top arrived quite quickly.
Very poor quality, I cant get it over my head - fits my sons size 10 girlfriend even though the label inside say 2XXL.
I will be putting it on eBay as a size Small and hopefully make a couple of pound back. Not even going to bother to try to return after reading reviews.

Now liligal, this company should be shut down. Their mobile site says easy returns and this is not the case. You can only contact the company through their ticket system. They repeatedly ignored my request of where to return the item by asking me questions--they even wanted me to measure the garment! They never gave me the address but told me that it would most likely cost more to ship it to China than I paid for it. Besides the poor/nonexistent customer service, the swimsuit had an awful chemical smell which I doubt will wash out.

Sweater arrived very late with many holes in it .
Offered a 30% discount to keep - I refused .
They and PayPal say I have to pay return shipping cost to China in order to get a refund which will cost me as much as the bad quality sweater. Stupid me for getting caught up in what looks like a very cute picture. I won't be ordering direct from China again. Even stupider is I should've read all the other reviews first.

Do not make the same mistake as I did and order from them. The company has now changed its name to Liligal.com, so DO NOT be fooled. Items are nothing like photo. Quality appalling and sizing completely wrong. Be aware that these are coming from China, and although they offer a 30 day no hassle return. They Lie! You cannot return, and if you waste time and money doing so, you will be worse off than if you just provide your cat with an unwearable item to sleep on! Although my cats deserve better than this. Should not be endorsed by PayPal either.

THEY say you can return and exchange. NOT true. Order numbers are not accepted after you receive stuff, which is either not sized properly or is of poor quality. Takes forever to get the order.

I tried their Chat and contact functions, neither of which worked because they say my order number is incorrect). Basically - I'm just out of luck.
