Like everyone else

Like everyone else, I was scammed by this company. The tracking number I have is an actual USPS tracking number, but it still shows it's in China. I ordered the package on 12/27/19 it is now 1/14/20. Going to see if I can get a refund through bank! Don't buy from this company!

Add me to the list of people ripped off by this Chinese company. I saw the advertisement on the Golf Channel and ordered. Almost two months later and nothing but a fake tracking number.

Requesting a charge back through my bank.

Just one of several scam websites ran by the same people

I have learned quite a lot about this company after placing an order Dec16 & as of Jan 12th still having not received it. Of course, they immediately took the money out of my account for the products. DO NOT ORDER from this company!! This is one of at least 3 scam websites ran by the same people and they are using an American IP address (via Google) in order to scam people and make some believe they are an American company. I have been quite thorough in my research into this organization and as a result, have learned just how shady they really are. Trust me when I tell you that this information that I have obtained will be forwarded to BBB, State Atty General's office and any other consumer affairs organizations that I can think of

Very unhappy with this company

I ordered two cup holders before Christmas, today is January 11th and we have nothing. I have sent 2 emails- I was assured that it would take 12-20 days once shipped. I tracked it and it sat in China on Dec. 31st forever- then on Jan. 8th it arrived in the International area of Los Angeles. I received a tracking message today that it arrived at the USPS center at Los Angeles. So... My husband said we are going to hope for the best... but haven’t been happy at all - wouldnt recommend their company to anyone.

Like others

Like others, I ordered the cupholder as well in early December and still it hasn't arrived. I sent customer service an email that I was cancelling the order and to expect a chargeback from my credit card company. They responded that the item was shipped and too late to cancel along with a completely BOGUS tracking number.
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. They're a Chinese scammer company!

Bad service! No item received after 30 days and no refund as of yet. I have tried to comtact theLukecar company via email since tjat is all they have for contact info. No phone number can be found!!

This experience with this company has been very disappointing! Order one of their cup phome holder. I ordered this item on December 5th and paid full price of 25.99. Well I didnt order this item for me. It was orderd to ne a Christmas gift, well its January 7th and still no sign of the cup phone holder. Money was taken out.of my account immediately! Everytime i check tracking number it shows item still in China! I have tried to comtact this company becuz I want to cancel this orser and get my money back on my charge acct due to the fact I had to buy a different gift for a Christmas gift! So i have sent now 5 emails to cancel.and refund money and yet to get an email back. And u can only email them. No customer service phone number to actually speak w someone, thats a red flag! So if u r interested in buying something from Lukecar dont! They say 3 to 5 days to receive ur purchase. Well mime has been 31 days and counting!! But my item likes to stay in China. Unlike ths money i would like to have back! The transaction wemt thru. Received a successful email. Item has already been paid but I have nothing to show for what I bought! Not to mention its not needed as a Christmas gift anymore! So horrible experience w this company. So please comsider a different company! Im thinking this could be a scam company! What company doesnt have a freaking customer service phone number!!!!!! Extremly upset about this! I just cant thru 25$ in the wind! My wife ordered from this scam company…

My wife ordered from this scam company on December 9th, 2019 for Christmas presents. The date today is January 7th, 2020. You can not contact anyone or find out about the order or anything. This is not in my opinion a company or whatever it is to order anything from. YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. NO DELIVERY YET!!!!! Update 01-27-2020. Nothing delivered yet. No refund. They just ignore you. Meanwhile, they have money from the order. Just a warning!!!!!!!!!! ******** Update Update We GOT IT. 1/27/2020 in the afternoon after giving an update. Talk about a slow boat from China.

The only thing you can expect ‘promptly’ is billing. I’ve waited a month now for the ‘7-10 day’ delivery and it’s clear they have NOT yet shipped- but they hit my credit card immediately. I did receive a ‘shipping/tracking number’ but USPS reports no such number; BOGUS. They also won’t respond since I asked for a cancellation and refund, so now I’ll ask my card provider for help. Shop elsewhere.

LukeCar Scam - Deceptive Sales Practice

Promised 12-hour order processing and free “VIP Shipping (3-7 days)”. Ordered phone holder on 12/2 that has not arrived on 12/31. They admit late shipping but will not provide refund and require I pay $20 return shipping cost for $16.99 item. DID THIS INSTEAD: Filed deceptive sales complaint with Federal Trade Commission and State Attorney Generals Office (very easy to do). Filed complaint with my credit card company and they will credit my account. Will write REFUSED on the unopened package if/when it arrives and return it to the Post Office which will return it to China.

Very Disappointed

Ordered on the 12th, didn’t arrive by Christmas and not looking like New year either. Still floating around in China tracking that is in Chinese! I’ll be surprised if it shows up. Customerservice said I could send it back as long as I pay 20 extra dollars to cover shipping! What kind of a solution is that if you’re disappointed in the service can’t even judge the product because it never got here and they want to charge me more as a solution! they advertised very hard right before Christmas knowing they couldn’t meet any of those orders. Very frustrating and disappointing to say the least.

I ordered 4car phone holders on December…

I ordered 4 car phone holders on December 9th.
This company took $60.00 from me right away and I have nothing!
These were gifts for my children and grandchildren and I am a senior citizen fighting to find out why I have no order after 22 days.
All I get from my emails is that it is a very busy time of year.
This is a US company so let's do something to shut this scam company down.
I am filing complaints to the BBB and the Federal Consumer Protection Agencies.
You should all do the same.
I'm going to keep escalating this until they are investigated.I do not want to give even 1 star!
This company is a fraud and they just take money from honest citizens.
