the demonstration was excellent even though it was raining. everthing was explained. I find the scooter a product I feel confident in.

I am delighted with my luggie scooter. I have been able to take it to London by train and bus as well as using it locally. It does exactly what it is supposed to do, enabling me to get about again. When I asked my young granddaughter what would make her happy she said “ to go out on your scooter “. The service was second to none and I do not hesitate to recommend this firm. Thankyou all at “luggie”.

Very pleased with my new Luggie Elite Plus. I traded in a four year old Elite which I had used extensively including on a few trips abroad. Allan was very helpful and took the time to make sure I felt confident the Elite Plus was the right model for me during the demonstration.

I needed a more manageable scooter. My boot scooter did a fine job but took up all the boot space and the lead acid battery box was very heavy. The Luggie scooter solved all these problems and has so many folding options it is very versatile. It is well made and easy to use and handle. I'm very grateful to Chloe at Luggie Scooters who has good product knowledge and understanding of my restrictions which helped me in choosing the most suitable Luggie scooter for my needs. I have used my new scooter on holiday with the car, in restaurants, trains etc. and It has performed very well.

Following a requested home demonstration because of a need to upgrade my previous Luggie which had given me some 10 years of great service during my various travels, I decided to go for a Luggie Elite Plus and could not be happier. I was very pleased with the very clear demonstration given by Allan and it was through his guidance that I picked the Elite. Recently returned from its first trip abroad and it provided all of the mobility that I required.

We had a demonstration with Scott and he was very helpful with finding my husband the perfect power chair. He was very professional and considerate with my husband and has changed our way of life and we can get out without me pushing a wheelchair around. Thank you Scott and thank you luggie.

Alan gave us a thorough demonstration and we were very pleased with scooter when it arrived. He has also rang to check we are happy with it. No problems.

I had been nervous about purchasing my own scooter but with the friendly advice on what model I should get and the help given by your staff I felt confident enough to purchase. My scooter arrived when expected and is fantastic. To make the scooter easier to use I also bought an off board charger so I can leave the scooter in the car. Thank you I have now made my first train journey in years which was brilliant I have a new lease of life.

The seat would not lift up and down, on my luggie. I rang luggie they told me some elaborate method, of taking back wheel off and knocking pins back. I did this and still remained jammed up. All it needed was wd40 sprayed on pins, and mechanism, works lovely now, why couldn’t they tell you to do that. It is still under warranty, but they want nothing to do with mending it.just send you instructions on mending it. If you cannot you have to send it back to luggie grrrrr

My Luggie Scooter, with it’s associated crane system, has transformed my life. Always reliable - I’ve flown with it and cruised with it. Wonderful!

Allan is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He explained all the different aspects of the Luggie scooter and was very generous with his time. I was nervous about the delivery and packaging of the scooter and chose the non packaging option which Allan delivered himself for reassurance. I have no complaints at all and I am very happy with my Luggie scooter.
