Excellent Service
Allan came and gave us a very informative demonstration answering all our questions and concerns. He then walked beside my husband while he rode it up and down the road crossing the road giving advice all the time.
We then ordered one.
We were then called a couple of weeks later and Allan came back to deliver it and unpacked it. He then showed us all about charging the battery on board or off board giving us advice about how long to do it for.
We have got his number in case we have any further questions in future.
An excellent service.

My Parents and I had a second appointment with Scott today. Scott kept us informed of his arrival time and after some deliberations between models, I am pleased to report, I am now the proud owner of a standard Luggie Scooter-in red!
Scott was again, first class in his approach and general CS. I was able to take my time and consider all options without pressure or any hard sell tactics, which we appreciated. Scott set up my new Scooter, explained all functions again, fully and with patience and took away all packaging.
We felt comfortable placing an order for a Luggie Scooter and are reassured by the comprehensive warranty it came with-all at a reasonable cost. We would have no hesitation in recommending Scott and Luggie Scooters to Friends and Family, thank you, we are very happy Customers!

Ripping off vulnerable people - but now resolved
The charges for white glove service to take away packaging is fine until you want to return the scooter, they have to have it returned in original packaging. this company then charge £160 for someone to collect, if you want to return it yourself they will then charge you £85 pound to send you an empty box to pack the scooter away which they originally charged you £75 to take away the packaging in the first place.
Update: I had an email from the Operations Manager, I gave the details of what happened and the customer service was quick and efficient and led to a good result Thank you based on this I have changed my review

Demonstration and Booking
I was looking for a folding scooter for my mum for a while. We needed something easy and compact that could allow her to have some independence as our current scooter she was unable to fold by herself. We came across Luggie online and felt that they fit the bill. We emailed the email address on the website and got through to a lovely lady called Toni who is extremely helpful and got us booked in for a demonstration. Scott came round today to demonstrate a couple of the scooters we had our eye on. He was extremely helpful extremely patient and answered every single question that we needed answered. He gave us enough time to explore what we needed and even let us have a second go to make sure that we were making the right decision. Scott was very knowledgeable about the products and explained the differences between the scooters that we were torn between. After much trying and discussing, we decided that the scooter was for us and have placed our order we wouldn’t have done this had it not been for Scott and his super knowledge, patience and kindness. So far our dealings with Toni and Scott at Luggie have been very positive. Based on these dealings, I would recommend Luggie scooters and the company. Thanks for giving my mum her independence and giving us peace of mind that she’ll be fine dealing with this product by herself.
Pleased with our Luggie and customer service
Very pleased with our Luggie which we have taken in and out of cars, carried on planes and driven around Europe, but a slightly mixed review because when the seat got twisted recently, I was initially advised (over a weekend) to send it back to the factory for maintenance. However when Toni came in on the Monday she rapidly told me this was a simple to rectify and sent instructions which sorted the problem in 15 minutes. Very many thanks and a great relief.
