MANY PEOPLE ESPECIALLY IN THE PHILIPPINES WE'RE COMPLAINING ABOUT THEIR HALF RECEIVED PAYMENTS SOME DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE THEIR HARD EARN MONEY THEY WILL FIRST PAY YOU THEN LATER ON WHEN YOU GRIND AND DO MANY TASKS AND EARN ENOUGH THEY WILL SUDDENLY BANNED YOU UNREASONABLE EXCUSES. FILIPINO CAN DO MULTILINGUAL LANGUAGES. THEY THOUGHT WE CAN'T DO THE SCRIPTS WELL WHICH WE CAN EVEN FLUENTLY THAN THE OTHER COUNTRIES. LUEL SUCKS. THEY SHOULD RECONSIDER IT FIRST. THEY WILL LOSE SOME OF POTENTIAL CONTRIBUTORS IN THE PHILIPPINES. ITS THEIR LOST ANYWAY SO DONT TRY THIS SITE. ITS A SCAM.

I’ve had a very frustrating experience with this platform. Submissions are often rejected without clear or consistent reasons, even when they meet the stated guidelines.
It feels like contributors are encouraged to spend time and effort recording, only to have their work declined without proper feedback or transparency.
Many users have reported similar issues, which raises concerns about how data is being handled and whether contributors are being treated fairly.
I hope the platform improves its review process and provides clearer communication and accountability

I submitted 3 contributions in the last 5 days, it passed all phases, untill it got flagged for manual review. Then I just all rejected, for some reasons or another.

They didn't fix the platform's errors and on top of that they rejected my selfie assignment because of "similar clothing" when at no point did it say that it wasn't allowed.
Oh, and I also got kicked from Discord XD

The automatic quality evaluator in this website for certain tasks 'Arabic' ia failing to evaluate the tasks correctly even though I'm a native arabic speaker and adhered to all the requirements.
The money for some tasks that i got approved isnt shown in the withdrawal balance.

So far so good the interface is really nice and task are well explanatory and easy to execute. But the means of payment available is quite difficult for contributors from Nigeria. we would like the team to add a payment options like: crypto(USDT or USDC), Grey , Payoneer e.t.c.

it's legit, I thought it was scam because I saw lot of post. My suggestions is you should explore their website to cash out, you need at least 5$ for minimum

From 5th April to 12th April , 2026—the exact day my Reddit warnings went viral—the merchant (Luel.ai) generated a massive spike of fabricated 5-star reviews to manipulate their rating. One of these reviews explicitly stole my identity ('Aboud Wezo') to lie about being paid. This is not a coincidence; it is a coordinated effort to defraud the public and payment processors.
To the Trustpilot Integrity Team and the public: This merchant is actively deleting fraudulent reviews they created under my name ('Aboud Wezo') after being caught in a viral fraud investigation (60k+ views on Reddit).
They are currently flagging all legitimate 1-star warnings as 'harmful' to hide the fact that they are a failed YC startup engaging in wage theft and identity fraud. I have screen recordings of this page showing the fake reviews they deleted to hide their tracks.
INVESTIGATORS: Please note that the sudden spike of 5-star reviews on April 11 was a coordinated bot farm. I have all the forensic evidence and video proof ready for your legal team. Do not let this merchant abuse your flagging system to silence a whistleblower

I submitted some tasks over the past week, this week around wednesday I requested for payment. A day later the tasks were labelled as "wise paid" I used the option for wise to be sent a payment link to input my local banking details. Up to now, almost three days later, nothing. The customer support is non-existent. This is quite frustrating,
