Do not order from this company if you have plans to use the item for a specific date. I ordered a sweatshirt 02/27/26 - It's March 12th and it still hasn't shipped. I was hoping to have this for a vacation next week. That certainly isn't going to happen. I received a notification that the order was shipping on the 9th. It's the 12th and USPS still doesn't have it.

I ordered 6 of the Ice Blue Happy Hour crewnecks for our girls trip and we loved them!!! We got so many compliments. Customer Service was great and expedited the order for us and the packaging came so thoughtful with heart paper and fun stickers! I normally don’t leave reviews but it’s hard to find this level of customer service and they deserved a shout out!! Great job!

Ordered an ice blue sweatshirt (which is a super bright almost fluorescent blue) and received a boring regular powder blue sweatshirt. (SUPER DISAPPOINTED)

shipping was fast and package received nicely, just not what they are advertising at all 😕

I loved the options of clothing they had before they "revamped." I'm glad I got a few shirts/hoodies at a slight discount before that. The choices they have a very slim now and I can't imagine the new designs sell out anymore. They're very unappealing. My biggest gripe is the push for the COZE mental health outfits and the website that went with it. It's all gone now. I just don't believe in this brand anymore and I unfollowed. It's unfortunate because they really kept me going in 2023-24.

I placed an order January 1, 2025. When I finally received an update on my order, the tracking information states (still today as of January 27) that USPS is still waiting for the item to be received by them in Georgia. I have emailed them three separate occasions asking for tracking information or any kind of update at all, but have yet to receive a single reply, even though their website states that they respond to every email within 24 hours (my emails have been weeks apart). I still have no updates, no correct tracking information, and no idea if or when my items will arrive. It's incredibly disheartening as I spent almost $100 as a treat for myself despite struggling a little financially. I just wanted a comfy cute sweatshirt that everyone seems to be raving about on their website. Lesson learned. If I ever receive my package, it will be definitely also be my last.

BUYER BEWARE! They charge your credit card and do not ship the product. They say 8-10 business days but I ordered on 12/7 and still not shipped 12/24 and they have ignored all my emails regarding my order. If they were kind enough to respond I would not have written this.

Just as everyone else below has stated the shipping is completely false. I ordered 3 sweatshirts from this company totally over $100 October 26th, too which they just arrived yesterday December 2nd, THEIR policy states
8-10 days, not 26 days, NOT TO MENTION they shipped one of my sweatshirts separately and didn't let me know at all, until my package arrived and they wrote on the order label and this is my second time ordering, should have learned my lesson the first go around having the same issue. Their customer service is dreadful, and they are extremely condescending when it comes to wanting updates as to where your items are. Save your time and energy, order elsewhere.

i love this brand i’ve been shopping here for years and recently they sent me and extra package for being a loyal customer. small business is small business so shipping can take a second here and there but quality is always great.

Ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter at Christmas and in plenty of time. I would email them asking what the status was. Several unanswered emails until one day I was told by the owner she was in a car accident and I should be patient and it was Christmas and she had a ton of orders to get out. The company never put a message on the website that orders would be delayed. I asked if the order would be here by Chrsitmas the owner told me no and I asked for a refund. She sent the item and the quality of material was paper thin. The messages are cute but the quality and customer service is a zero rating for me.

I’m truly obsessed with this brand and what they stand for. I originally found them off an ad and have been shopping here ever since! Would without a doubt recommend to everyone (yes shipping can take a second but this past week it came within a week)

I adore this company. I’ve ordered here 10+ times and have absolutely loved it all. It comes wrapped so nicely and put together. I gift their stuff often. It’s clear to see below that if you don’t get your way it’s just easy to leave some negative so i came across this and had to leave soemthing nice. Stay true to their brand and stay nice and kind.

I've ordered from here twice paying around $400 in total. The first time was fine, my package was late, but nothing insane. The second time however, was awful. I ordered a bunch of hoodies and sweatshirts in November for all my girlfriends, and got an email on December 9th that it was out for delivery arriving the 17th. However, December 18th rolls around, and still no package.. I called UPS and they said they havent recieved a package yet. I then reached out to Ludic with my concerns that my package would not come in time for when I left for Christmas, and they were nice saying they would "handle it on my behalf." Throughout the week my package was still not out for delivery, and I spent countless hours reaching out to Ludic and UPS for the package. I was being very communicative and flexible with Ludic, asking if they would change the address to my parents' (where I would be for christmas), put my pacakge in a parcel pending locker so that it wouldn't get stolen at my apartment, rush ship it, etc. They agreed to help and do all of it, but unfortunately followed through on none of it. I went home for Christmas with no presents for my girlfriends, spent $70 to ship them afterwards, AND one of the sweaters came to me with a red stain... I have relayed this information to them via Email and Insta, and am still waiting on a reply.. I feel taken advantage of and extremely let down by this company. As much as I want to support this small company, I would have to recommend ordering from Amazon or another company as this one is not yet suited to handle their orders and proper customer service

I love this company! I have bought from them several times and the hoodies are so soft. I had to exchange a size and they were prompt in getting back to me. I struggle with mental health and the hoodies are such a wonderful reminder to me! Highly recommend them!!!

**DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!** Really wish I read the reviews before spending $300 on a returnable item the owner and her mom claimed completely final sale. But that’s not what their policy or my receipt states. They completely just stopped responding when I had mentioned that I’d simply like to return the items since the fit, quality, and everything were NOTHING I or apparently anyone in the reviews were expecting. So not only will you not get what you’re expecting but if you expect to return something that says everywhere you can. The owner and her mom will simply just steal your money and stop responding! Horrible people running a horrible business!

I bought two sweatshirts from here and they are so cute and honestly comfier than I expected! I got a lot of compliments on them too :) A lot of reviews say they’re slow, which they are, but they say in their shipping policy that it takes a long time so I knew to expect that. Don’t know why anybody would be mad about something that they told you about ahead of time…

Would give zero stars if I could. Worst customer service ever experienced. Lost $100 from ordering two sweaters that never arrived and they refuse to do anything about it or care.

Ordered two sweatshirts for over $100 on 3.4. They are gifts so I checked shipping time on their website. It said outside of holiday shipping time, 1 week. After my order was placed I received an email notifying me that this was holiday shipping times and according to their website could take 3 weeks to ship. I couldn't figure out what holiday was in March but, ok. Two weeks later received an email saying we're about to ship your order, hand wash only. Three weeks later got an email that said it's on its way, yay. Only issue is the tracking is just for the shipping label being created. No response from business when I sent an email inquiry or Facebook inquiry. It's now been a month since my order, a week since it supposedly shipped with only the label being created and 3 days since I tried to contact them. Terrible service.

I ordered a single sweatshirt on February 5, 2023 and I asked for a status update on February 13th because my item still hadn’t shipped out yet. In fairness, they advertise shipping between 8-10 business days from ordering, but that processing time is absolutely absurd in reality. I received an email back regurgitating the 8-10 business day waiting period and it was quite rude. If you are going to open a business and provide customer service (and if you’re going to force people to wait almost two full weeks to ship their items) maybe you should at least be pleasant in dealing with those customers. Will never buy from here again, and I still haven’t been emailed a notice of shipment (it’s now February 15th).
