Can I give a company zero stars

Can I give a company zero stars. How is lucy nagle still in business. She's all over Instagram as both a personality and a business. Yet I bought a cashmere jumper that immediately ripped under the arm.
I emailed, WhatsApp messaged and messaged them on Instagram. I think 6 emails, 3 WhatsApp messages and 2 Instagram messages , ALL of which went unanswered. Jeez I think Zara probably have better custom service that this and that's saying a lot.

Awful customer service and poor quality

Bought a cardigan from this company, ripped under arm whilst trying on. Contacted them about repairing it through 6 emails and Instagram messages, no reply. Loved the cardigan and managed to repair myself but unfortunately I will never order from them
again and will not be recommending them. So disappointing as try to buy and support Irish companies where I can.

Quality and sizing have deteriorated

Quality is not good; sizing is way off. I normally take a size 10 but chose the large size (Essential Cashmere Crew in Neon Pink), as I wanted to wear it sloppy with jeans. The body of the jumper was as short as a crop top and sleeves, as always, were not long enough. This is really disappointing as I have bought multiple items from this brand over the past few years. I had noticed a deterioration in quality previously but had decided to give them another chance as the jumper looked nice on the website. However, I have to return it and will not buy from Lucy Nagle again.

Absolutely love this brand

Absolutely love this brand. I have been buying from them for years. Their customer service is fast annd responsive and I just love their slouchies, I have one in most colours but still want more every time they bring out another colour. I wear their cashmere all year round, the quality is great, my only problem is I just keep wanting more! ⭐️

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered two merino wool jumpers. 1 holed after one wash and i followed all the instructions. I also ordered a loungewear set which also holed after 1 wash and they would not replace it. They asked me to send it back to repair it which i did and could never wear it again. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with and i buy lots online.
Eventually they stopped replying to my emails and I gave up but it is not worth ordering from them. Quality is so so bad and customer service are rude and unprofessional.

Terrible, Terrible company and clothes

Bought 4 jumpers (2 Merino wool) and 2 cotton half zip loungewear jumpers from Lucy Nagle. The woolen jumpers both started to ball after the first wear!! They were both €75/80 from memory. Customer Service said this is common with these jumpers and to wash and this would settle!!!!!! Obviously this didn't happen. Gave up trying to get a refund.

Lounge wear jumper, the zip broke after a few wears and I brought it to 3 dressmakers who said it was a very specified zip and I'd have to get back on to the manufacturer.

I'd say I have emailed 6 times since last November. I got 1 response where customer services advised that they would request a zip and post it out to me (I offered to pay!). I emailed 5 or 6 times since this email and have had no response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I decided to buy as I wanted good quality/long lasting jumpers. I received neither. So upsetting when they use famous Irish influencers and models.

I gave up trying to get anywhere.

They don't even deserve 1 star.

Got the Vogue Williams collection…

Got the Vogue Williams collection leggings, you can only hand wash them in cold water, which is a bit inconvenient for gym leggings. They are SO thin, not supportive at all and the inner thigh section has started to pile quite considerably. They’re €75 and I think that’s ridiculous for the quality, I’ve also reached out numerous times to express my disappointment and maybe find some sort of solution for such an expensive pair of leggings but no reply !!

I bought a cashmere leisure suit from…

I bought a cashmere leisure suit from Lucy Nagle and 6 weeks after wearing it indoors only, a hole developed on the sleeve. i contacted them and after a couple of weeks i received a reply and was given washing instructions for my MERINO wool suit! I wasn't offered the opportunity to return it so they could see the hole. i was just told how to wash it as if i didn't know! When i asked them to confirm i had purchased cashmere rather than merino and to inform them that a further hole had manifested on the body of the jumper, i got another reply suggesting it might be a belt, jewellery or moths causing the holes!!! Really!! All in all a dreadful customer experience. Do not buy your cashmere from this company. In my opinion it is substandard. Will never purchase another thing from them.

Caution with machine washing

The sweaters I bought from Lucy Nagle were supposedly machine washable cashmere. Despite following the washing instructions carefully both sweaters shrank in the 30 degree machine wash delicates/hand wash cycle. The shrinkage was significant enough as they were too short on the arms and tight after first wash. My experience as a customer dealing with them to get a refund was very tricky and I felt dismissed in my claims. In the end I secured a refund through a small courts claim process. I would advise caution if you intend to machine wash these cashmere products … hand washing would be a safer bet but I was not buying them on that basis. Disappointing customer service experience
