Am currently battling to get my money off this website. I’ve lost not won yet they’re holding my funds. I’ve sent every type of id from a bank card to me holding a pic of my id infront of my face. I’ve been intouch with IBAS and for anyone who doesn’t know who IBAS is it’s a site who can try and get your money when company’s like these hold your funds. They just have to tell me wether they are going to pay me or not and they’re not even willing to do this. To anyone out there who wants to gamble DO NOT USE THIS SITE, or any of there sister sites. The date I withdrew my funds or tried should I say was 17/11/2023 today where on 8/12/2023 and still not been paid.

If possible, i would given them minus 5 point!! I was so lucky to win nok 15.800, and when trying for a month, to get it to my account, they allways change rules, because my deposit card wasnt accepted. They sent me away to open accounts with numerous payment companies, and when finally get one who accepted their hazard money, they started from beginning again. NOT ONE TIME did they answer my question, -NOT ONE TIME!!! Only with new rules!!! And started like now, every spin cost btw 3-5% extra, either to play or to win, you must PAY XTRA for every spin and win. After i had opend account in numerous card-payment companies, they blocked my account for 6 months or permanent, -as they words. So i will not even get my deposit back. they are 100% thiefs, scammers and dangerous bandits. You cant trust anything from them. They accused me for been sick and with gaming problems!!! They are the ONLY site i play on!!! For free!!!! THEY ARE SICK AND DANGEROUS!!!!

They screwed me as soon as i signed up!! I came across their welcome bonus and signed up. I deposited, and didn't receive the bonus.. Which unfortunately isn't that uncommon. Can usually be activated through live chat so off i went to live chat. I received a support person straight away (hence the 1 star) and didn't even get to finish typing my problem when i got an automated message saying management has disabled all promos and bonuses on my account and won't be re-instating them. Was like W. T. F!!! Anyone ever had this before?? Is a first for me.. Was signed up for all of 2mins.. Lead me through registration and deposit process with the promise of their welcome bonus only to basically be dishonestly mis-lead and dismissed! Wasn't even able to access live chat anymore. How can these "SCUMBAGS" get away with things like this? No explaination just total blatant BS. AVOiD THIS CASINO. I trust Guru, but don't know how they rate these tossers so high when the very first thing they did to me was screw me out of the 100 free spins and 100% match!!! Also played my deposit on min bet and it just dissapeared. Cant remember a scoring spin which i fhought was unusual.. But losing i can accept. Being mislead not so much!
