From the start it's been awful!
I put a tenner on and received my 50 free spins, played them and won just over £4. Left game to continue else where, no money was added from free spins. Contacted customer service, had to jump through hoops to try and redeem my bonus winnings. Still got no where, waiting on someone to email me after reviewing now! The worst bit it, as only added a tenner. I can't even withdraw it and play a more efficient site as withdrawal minimum is £20

They are alright

I like them, i play regular and with high amounts, they payout is swift and have always been very reliable.

The only down side is the vip section, they have a progress bar but its not really as good as other casinos.

I find the site good for players who are not very serious, who want to drop in and out and walk away with reasonable payouts

But for me I'm looking for more from a casino,

I will still continue to play but it's for more of a fun factor than a serious bet

The bonuses are and loyalty schemes could be a lot better, especially for players like me who spend £1000's

Like I said it's a good site, I like it but it's could benefit from a better vip section

im surprised at the angry reviews in here, i deposited $10 and was actually bummed out coz i didnt read the terms and conditions of a bonus so I didnt receive it ANYWAY i wont 2500 on that $10 from Assassin Moon I had to verify my acc and everything but I got the money pretty fast.....to everyone moaning you have to make sure u read the conditions of every bonus and if you muck it up just one time your winnings will be void...if you follow the rules theres no problem

They are a scam site

They are a scam site. My withdrawal of €1500 was processed on the 6/11/23, over 2 weeks ago and I still haven’t received my funds.

They asked for a bank statement to prove I havet been paid. I’ve done this, and have not heard back from them and they are not replying to any of my emails.

If anyone has any advice on what to do, it would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t think I’m ever going to receive the funds

Good Website with good selection of games but don't be fooled.

I signed up, deposited and won £1200.

Never received it, could not withdraw. No chance of getting a response from customer service just the silly BOT Marcus. The 1 stars below are correct and the 5 stars are obviously staff or people being paid.

09/04/2023 - a few days after the above, my account was verified. A coincidence as within those few days I had gambled the £1000+ I wanted to withdraw (my mistake I know). Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I had another flutter and I'm currently waiting for £350 to be withdrawn (withdrawal requested on 08/04/2023). Will update daily

Can't withdraw funds.
Uploaded the documents they say they require to withdraw (not to deposit though!) and will respond within 12 hours. 8 months later after uploading the documents at least 7 or 8 times still can't withdraw and can't get any response from customer service other than auto reply that just sends you round in circles.

Don’t even bother- plenty of other great sites

Been playing on this site for a while but early December I got my first big win- weeks of requesting and sending documents for verification and so many ignored chat messages and emails. Finally all documents now verified 3 weeks later!! But now it’s been 3 days without a reply to say the withdrawal is processing/processed and on its way. Do not recommend. No other site has such poor response times and as it stands- still no clue as to if/when I’ll get my win withdrawn. Stay away from this site. Such poor customer service. Happy to take your money but really don’t care to pay out when you win!

It's an excellent slots site

I'm not convinced the negative reviews are genuine, I've had nothing but good service here. Depositing was easy, support was excellent and the results were as good as any other casino I've used. (One thing that makes me think some reviews are fake is why would someone deposit "dollars" into a UK casino?). I've dealt with some very dodgy casinos and LuckyMeSlots has been one of the only truly honest ones I've played at.

Shocking experience as a new customer

Shocking experience as a new customer. Made my first deposit of £50 last night 11th december, claiming the 100% match up bonus, firstly i struggled for ages trying to put the money on, all i got was, your deposit is pending so i gave up trying to deposit so i went elsewhere. Couple of hours later, the deposit came off my banking but no money showing on the casino. That was last night. They ruined my night because i could play and secondly, no communication to say they need id verification first before they can process my transaction or nothing. Just took the money out of my bank and left me in limbo. As a new customer i am not very impressed at the service and the live chat? Well whats that about? No immediate help available yet they are meant to be 24 hours. If this casino is anything like its sister casinos for lack of communication, poor service, poor payouts then actually just refund my £50 instead of holding on to it. I would rather go elsewhere. There are plenty better casinos out there.

*update* 6 days ago the money was taken out of my account, i provided all the proof and im still waiting on my £50 to be refunded. I class that as stealing. Taking money out of a persons account, not putting it onto the casino and no refund. Defnintely theft.
