I have had great experiences with Luckyland until recently. The past 4 to 6 weeks it has been impossible to win anything off of your free spins. I received 20 free spins and won 50 cents. I understand it's a game of chance but come on.

They used to be my absolute favorite sweeps casino until I was deactivated out of nowhere for no reason! I had just cashed out $300 two days before. Then bam shut down. They said because Chumba deactivated my account (which was over 2 years ago, and that was for no reason as well) they had to close my account too. What took them so long to do it? Over 5 years I played spending my money telling all my friends about them. I was almost 2 straight years of logging in when they kicked me out. That's right 2 years I religiously logged in and played. So why was I kicked out? No good reason.

I gave it a good 6 months. The only win i ever got was on my very first double coin package. Since then I've purchased dozens of quacky hour packages and experimented with all kinds of different games. No hits at all... not even my bet back. Just a quick drain of dead spins every time. Vip program is highly unrealistic unless you want to drop hundreds of thousands. All of their games are unknown knockoffs of real casino games. the site is clunky, glitch and super outdated in terms of user interface. The only perk was that verification was quick and painless but overall this isn't a site that can compete long term in the Sweepstakes Casino market as is. The only reason they aren't getting 1 star is because they did actually pay out my first "win" (which was actually a break even) seek greener pastures, the chickens are fried!

Best game ever!!! Wouldn't go through anyone else

In the beginning I would have given it 5 stars but not now. This was a great site until they changed everything. They raised prices on all the packages and you got less for more. They changed the RTP on all the games. The worst is that the customer service is terrible!! When you have a problem they give you the same standard reply and do nothing to fix the problem. I have played for 5 years and have never had a problem with quacky hour. Now all of a sudden I get a notification but no sale and they keep trying to tell me that I must not be eligible. All lies!! Would not recommend them anymore.

Used to a be a really good and fun site with fair odds and regular promotions but a while back they got rid of the promotions and the wins died down a lot. Now a win is rare no matter what game you play. I've moved on to another that has much better odds as Luckylandslots got way too greedy.
