My experience was great from the order to tracking and delivery. The packaging was very neat and well done. Included instructions on care and sizing. Very excellent I like them. I'll definitely refer friends 😜

Two complaints. 1. Not being able to track the package due to the tracking number I was provided being invalid/international. 2. Carrier “claiming” an attempt was made to deliver the package when there wasn’t. I know I was home the whole day they claimed to have made the attempt.

Lucky Fours provides outstanding customer service and consistently goes the extra mile to make sure everything is right. Their team is attentive, helpful, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. On top of that, the quality of their products is excellent. Highly recommended!

I don't know that I experienced much better customer service than I have with Lucky Four, & Cole specifically.

The watches that i purchased didn't look the same as the pictures on the website. Customer service was awful To deal with and wanted crazy price for exchange. Ended up returning them.

The customer service emails were very fast and accurate and helped me resolve my issue same day !

I had a problem at the time of the delivery of my package and they were able ti help me when they didn't have to!!

I was skeptical at first about purchasing one of these watches until a friend of mine did it before me. But after he gave me his honest opinion that they were good quality, I had to get a couple for myself. For the price that you pay and the quality of the watch you get, I believe it's a fair deal. You're not buying a 5,000 dollar watch, but you're buying a piece to show off your style that's very functional and stylish with whatever outfit you pair it with. I love my 4 watches I got. I will add that their customer service also helped me get a shipping discount, which made my day even better.
