This is my experience.
I have spent well over 10,000 on this site with little return.
They will suck you in with playing specific games and when you do, you will win big, but here is the catch, I had over 2000 in my account and contacted support to inquire why the game I was playing did not payout when it was supposed to. The game stated that when you reach 77x’ for the mini and 777x’s for the minor, that is the maximum it will get to before it pays out. I reached that goal on both, kept adding 7’s to both the mini and minor several times, spent at least 2000 and it still didn’t pay out. When I contacted support, the 2000 plus disappeared, 👻 l was left with only 9.00 left. Support was no help.
Be aware, you will need to bet 3 x’s the amount of what ever you wish to withdraw, otherwise you will receive an email saying that your withdrawal has been cancelled. Just another way for them to get your money.
My suggestion, avoid this site at all costs.
Stick with VLT’s, at least there is no issue when you win and cash out.

This casino is not paying me without explaining why. I registered with them, topped up my account, and placed a few sports bets (on popular tournaments at market odds). Afterwards, I verified my account and submitted my withdrawal request. Their website states that withdrawals can take up to two days, but it's already the fifth day, and my withdrawal request is still being processed. The support team on the website doesn't give me any reasons for this or any timeframe for when I'll finally receive my money. They simply respond with a pre-written message along the lines of "wait, we are checking" and that's it.

The funniest thing is that I deposited $104, and now my balance is $142. So, I only won $38 from them, and they're causing this chaos over some small matter. At this point, I'm completely unsure whether I'll ever see my money again, or whether this "examination" (although there is almost nothing to check there) will continue forever. I strongly recommend avoiding this casino if you want to see your money again.
