Hi Mathieu,
We're sorry to hear you feel this way. Casino games are based entirely on chance, with every spin or round determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). This means each result is completely independent so neither we nor the game providers can influence the outcome or a player's luck.
Alongside our wide selection of games, we strive to provide great value through regular promotions, loyalty rewards & special offers to enhance the overall experience. While these add extra value, they don't affect the results of any game, which always remain fair and random.
We hope your luck turns around soon, and if there's anything specific about your experience you'd like to discuss, our live online Support team will be happy to assist.
Sincerely
The LuckyDays Team

We're sorry to hear you're feeling disappointed.
All our games work wtih certified Random Number Generators (RNGs), meaning every spin is completely independent & random. While each game has a published Return-to-Player (RTP), this is calculated over millions of spins & doesn't guarantee results in any individual session. Streaks (winning or losing) are a natural part of games of chance.
We also aim to offer great value beyond games themselves through frequent promos, loyalty rewards & other offers available to eligible players. While enhance the overall experience, they don't influence the outcome (which is ALWAYS random).
If you're unhappy with your current level of spending, we encourage you to use our responsible gambling tools available in your account. These include deposit limits, time-outs & self-exclusion, which can help you stay in control.
If there's anything specific about your experience you'd like us to check, our support team is more than happy to help.
Sincerely
