They lie about bonuses you didn't have or use to steal your winnings, utter thieving scum.

The worst casino I have played at online. First I had a long and torturing discussion about KYC verfication, then they tell me I have to wait for withdrawal 36hrs. Okay I waited and then they tell me that they mean 36 business hours, so thats like one whole week that you need to wait to maybe get your money, I cancelled the withdrawal and tried to play again and guess what, they took all of my 150€ with barely one bonus oped that give me 14€ lol. Stay away from them.

No payout They are scammers with no conscience....truly terrible experience...I have screenshots of all their conversations and I hope I do more damage tothem than the 200 euros they confiscated from me and the 20 day wait for withdrawals never processed and mostly the emotional abuse I suffered there....money lost but I was warned having read the comments here. I will spend the next few weeks telling everyone I can...all the review sites in Europe and not about them..

Scam. Please avoid. Not only do they not pay out, but they try and steal more money from your bank account once they have your details.

I opened an account, played a bit, they gave me a bonus and that’s when it started. I won some money, over £1300, but I couldn’t withdraw because I had to complete wagering of £3750. I thought, okay, I’ll play, spin a few games and withdraw something. I completed the £3750 wagering and had £500 left. Okay, I’m withdrawing! Then came account verification – two weeks. After verification I was told they won’t pay out my money because I broke the bonus rules in the T&C. Apparently, some of the games I played were not allowed, and they took all my money. THIEVES.

I deposited €100 via Visa and later won while playing at this casino.
When I requested a withdrawal, the process was delayed by repeated and changing verification requirements. After my account was finally verified, my winnings were confiscated based on bonus rules.

The bonus terms are extremely unreasonable and misleading. Critical restrictions are buried in long, complex terms and conditions, making it practically impossible for players to understand what is actually allowed. Unlike reputable casinos, there were no clear warnings in the games themselves.

After my account was blocked, the casino initially refused to return my original deposit. I repeatedly asked for clarification and specifically requested information about which gambling license or regulatory authority the casino operates under — this was never answered.

Only after I raised the possibility of a chargeback did the casino agree in writing to refund my €100 deposit, while permanently closing my account.

Overall, I strongly question this casino’s transparency, especially regarding licensing, bonus rules, and fair treatment of players.

Scam website i been trying to withdraw £300 for 2 years and agent angrily said i need to learn how to wait. I was shocked!

3 weeks iv been trying to withdraw my winnings. Just getting excuse after excuse on live chat. Payments team have ran behind so theres a delay. Needed to upload a new proof of address. Rejected because I hadn't put in Iban or bic number which I wasnt asked for. Now payments team have ran behind again because of high volumes of withdrawals 🫣. Get no answers from emailing either! This service and site is a scam. You will not be allowed.to withdraw winnings, despite successfully verifying your account. Your account will be blocked / suspended when you try to withdraw, and they will not communicate the reason why.

Please.read other reviews. The genuine ones will all say the same thing.

Deposited and resulted in additional bonus ££. Chasing withdrawal of £150 for a couple of weeks and have just received the below response.

You have also breached our terms of service in regards to point “7.16. The maximum allowed bet for wagering the bonus is 2 EUR. Placing a bet higher than 2 EUR while having an active bonus will be considered a violation of bonus terms and will result in the forfeiture of any winnings associated with such bets.

I have never wagered 2 EUR or the GBO equivalent. At no point did it ever suggest/block me playing games with cash/bonus money, Infact there is no option to play with either. Gets better that the game I managed to get a big win for my profit isn’t even listed - all this I even wagered the amount required to be able to withdraw. Also spells out ‘rules’ on the website there are no such things with access. Looks like I’ve been done hook and sinker. Something needs to be done here.

To top it off the £150 has been taken and I was left with my original
£20 deposit.

I am disgusted. Lucki Casino stole £2,600 from my account — and it’s clear I’ve been dealing with a criminal organization hiding behind fake licenses, fake addresses, and fake customer service.

I deposited and won. My account balance reached £2,600. The moment I tried to withdraw, they demanded verification documents which I sent.Then they went silent.They delayed, stalled, and finally restricted my account completely, locking me out with no explanation and no refund.
Support stopped replying. Live chat became useless and just said “email support,” which NEVER responds
This is theft, plain and simple.
And here's the real kicker:
🔴 They are NOT licensed. They claim to operate under Curaçao license #365/JAZ, which was officially revoked in 2024. That license is DEAD. Anyone still displaying it is running illegally.
🔴 The company behind this scam is Non Videri B.V., based in Curaçao a known front for shady online gambling networks operating multiple scam casinos.
🔴 They have multiple fake profiles right here on Trustpilot to bury real reviews. This is a known tactic by fraudulent companies to manipulate ratings and deceive new victims.
🚨 A Message to Trustpilot:
Why are you allowing the same casino to operate under multiple review profiles? This site is clearly operating under a fake license and has multiple review pages that’s a basic violation of platform integrity. Your lack of verification helps scams like this thrive. This is a huge disappointment and makes this platform part of the problem.
📣 Final Warning:
Do not deposit a penny. You will NOT get your money back. This is not just “bad service” this is a coordinated scam. I’ve already launched a chargeback with my bank and filed a formal complaint with the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.

This casino have no license for UK players and still they let you open the account and make deposit to your account, than if you win anything they just have their excuse as they can’t pay you as you are in the UK and close down your account immediately but before that they let you to pay your deposit even if you do 100 times they not gonna to let you know that, so basically they SCAMMING people, what a shameful website and those reviews probably are Fake as well as the casino.
They should not be in Trustpilot website for sure as they get credit from that and scamming people using this platform.
