No one replying to my emails about my order and they are three sizes too big

I ordered wrong size #33, hence, immediately I wrote to lucimora admin to request of a changed of shoes size to #36. Promptly it replied that it had assisted to size #36.
Order - Received this pair of black shoes 12cm height with nice wrapping & packing.
Quality - comfortable & light weight. Similar from what I saw in app.
Delivery service - in a nice wrapped box.
Lovely, I will order other design again! Thank you so much.

Incredibly comfortable shoes. I like the fact that im taller and my boots feel like sneakers. It’s like walking on clouds. I first got one pair . Tried them for 2 days, then ordered two more different ones. I’m one happy , customer from the other side of the world. The delivery was quicker than I expected as well.

I ordered 2 pairs (black & white). The shoes are way too big. So I want to return them, but to get in contact for return- and refund instructions is impossible! No-one answering the phone. *Edit* after several emails I did get an answer and return instructions (China) and a got my money back.

I was wearing it during travel by airplane it is so easy to remove and put on my shoes when Airport security checking, so easy to remove & put-on

I think customer service was great and very friendly. They helped me in everything when I had to ask something. Also the shoes I ordered were super nice and comfortable. They are easy to wear and won't hurt my feet, as many others does. Ten points!

I think that the site lucimora is fake site. I ordered my shoes in the web site, I didn't reiceive any product eventhough I'm notified as I received the product by transporter.
We have to avoid the transaction witj them.

After one week of use, I’m really happy with them. The design is stylish and modern, which makes them look great with both casual and sporty outfits. They are also very comfortable to wear, even for long hours.

I bought the Dominus, and the shoes are great - they’re comfortable and they are leather, they look the part and they add 8cm to my height! - very good brand of shoes! Well worth the money.

I’m extremely happy with my Lucimora shoes! They are absolutely amazing and look exactly like the photos online, which is rare these days. They instantly make you look taller and give you a more confident posture and feel.

What surprised me the most was how comfortable they are, honestly way more comfortable than I expected, even after wearing them for hours. The quality feels great, and the whole experience with the company was smooth and easy. They were easy to deal with and I had no issues at all from purchase to delivery.
