Never order unless you want to get scammed !!! you order and never hear from them again !!! I am still waiting for a reimbursement since December 2024 - they violated multiple consumer protection laws !!!!

Absolute frauds. Delivering fake and cheap goods from China that aren't worth 5% of what you pay. For refund, you need to send the goods back their warehouse in China at your own cost, which would mean that you throw away more good money!!
People like these are ruining it for other honest businesses out there. Never trust luciesboutique.nl

Update:
I registered a case against this fradulent business with nietbezorgd.nl. Within 2 days the fraudsters sent an email saying that they will refund the full amount and on the third day the full amount was credited to my account!!
Nietbezorgd.nl is doing excellent work. I congratulate them and urge all victims of such dropshippers to give nietbezorgd.nl a chance.

I ordered shoes and they took 4 weeks to arrive (despite the site claiming it should take 7 days). the shoes are like a cheap replica of the ones on the website. Then when I went to return it I learned that I would have to pay for them to be shipped back to china. I don’t trust that I would ever see my money again if i did that. This is a rip-off sham online website, steer clear.

I had a terrible experience with this webshop. There’s no way to contact them to return my package—every email I send gets blocked, and there’s no return address provided anywhere on their site. This is absolutely unacceptable. If they don't offer a solution for returns, I will be forced to report this to the local authorities. Avoid this shop at all costs!

Horrible experience.

Delivery:
Ordered a Christmas sweater that was said would be there before the 20th of December. It arrived in the 4th of January.

Quality:
Absolutely horrible value for money. There is no tag stating what material the sweater is made of but it’s a thin, shiny and semi-seethrough material (lamé or organza?). Text printed on the sweater aren’t readable because they disappear through the collar. Stitchwork is also really bad and could come apart easily.

Verdict:
Not as advertised, bad quality and bad delivery. Dropshippers probably. Do not buy. I would give 0/5 if I could.

Let’s see if their customer service is any better if they react to this review.

EDIT:
When contacting them saying I’d file their site with the local police they paid back the money no questions asked.

Still horrible quality sweater. I guess they try to do their best, but buyer beware it saves a lot of hassle.

It appears as a dutch online store with actual good quality that goes well with the pricing. But after the goods were delivered (after a month) it appears to be just another dropshipping company. You are better off buying the same stuff from Wish or AliExpress. You get the same shitty quality but for a fair price.

The thing i ordered contained 4 pieces of clothing. The site said "silk" but it is just some cheap plastic stuff you wont even make a table cloth from. The fitting is awefull, within 1 upper body piece, there are 3 different size models. Waist wont fit while the chest is baggy.

No replies trying to contact them. Absolute scam!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Seems like a website from The Netherlands, saying that they have 7 workdays for delivery policy (FAQ on their website).
The shipment is coming from China and it is mentioned nowhere on their website. I ordered something on December 12 as a Christmas Gift and finally as of yesterday, I have been informed about the expected delivery as December 30! Such a lead time can not be due to heavy shipment schedule as replied by customer service.

Seems a fake webshop from China with fake address phone number and email address in The Netherlands

I am still waiting for my order can’t reach them by phone and email seems blocked by their admin.

Better to avoid this site and make sure that the webshop does not have fake addresses and contacts !!

Please do not use them. I have been waiting for my order for almost two weeks. My emails are being returned and their telephone number does not work. SUPER disappointed.

I ordered the handbag on the 10th of December. It was delivered on the 30th of December. Lucie’s boutique did make contact with me. The product is not that of a good quality and smells.

Company gives the impression that the goods are local in the Netherlands (Dutch email address, Dutch shop address in Maastricht, Dutch language site). Telephone number doesn't work, neither does the email address.
Yet once the product is ordered, it is clear from the postal link that the product is coming from China.

The product does not resemble the photo. I would be ashamed to give such a gift to a child. The store does not have a warehouse, everything is exchanged from China. The waiting time is very long. Problems with returning the purchased item. I do not recommend.Fuc...you to hell!!!!

This shop is an absolute scam! They do block your e-mail address once you want to return things. The Dutch phone number does not exist. So once you order something there that will probably be very poor quality, there's no way back! Save yourself and your money by avoiding this horrible shop!

I had read the negative reviews beforehand, but I thought, “It can’t be that bad.” Unfortunately, that turned out to be a huge mistake. My experience with this webshop has been truly disappointing, and I want to warn others not to make the same error.

It took three weeks for my order to arrive. When I finally received the items, the quality was far below expectations. The fabrics feel cheap, and they don’t match the photos.

On top of that, customer service is unresponsive. I’ve contacted them multiple times about how to return the items, but I just don’t get a response except for one email asking why. This is not how a reliable webshop should operate.

I ordered a coat to my husband. After that I saw this is coming from China. I read the reviews and panic 🫣 After 1 week is the coat arrived, is not so bad. The size is correct, also the material is not bad. So after all I am happy with this order

Very bad experience
i ordered shoes but they were 2 weeks too late and more importantly the quality was very bad and the shoes were 2 times more heavy as normally. I asked for an address where to return to, then it was totally radio silence after one request on what was wrong. So do not buy here since a scam. I also reported to the police.
