Is this company still in operation ?
I purchased clothes o 15th January- still not arrived and they are not helping me.

Liars and scammers take money but the goods are not there

Do not order from this company. I ordered a jacket, it never arrived and they refused my emails and calls. In the end I took it up with the credit card company who reveresed the charge

Very Dangerous compony posh name big scammers never buy I ordered a coat it never arrived I see their web sight is down be careful put block on cards do anything never order anything

I would rate this company zero if I could. I ordered an item on 16th January- it was dispatched on 20th. It still hasn’t arrived on 18th Feb. The tracking says it’s enroute from China.

I have contacted the company twice and had no response. I foolishly thought this was a genuine Italian company - it clearly isn’t. Will I ever get my item? Will I get a refund? Who knows!

No communication no item and cannot track it ! So much for 2 week delivery

I ordered a cardigan from them. It said it could be 2 weeks. 4 weeks later I still havenet received it and I have heard nothing from them.

Delivery took some time, but product quality is acceptable.

Absolutely dreadful company, doesn’t even seem like anyone is running it! I ordered a coat, paid for it then instead of receiving a confirmation email I got an email saying “your order has been cancelled” no explanation or anything, the payment to them has been pending in my bank now for 5 days (so I can’t order from another company) and I’ve had no response from the 3 separate emails I’ve sent them (they’ve no contact phone number)
I don’t know if this is a fraudulent company or what is going on? All I can advise to anyone is avoid

Delivery timing could be improved, but the item itself is fine.

Product quality is decent. Experience was neutral overall.

Did not dispatch the item and did not reply to messages. Had to get my back to do a chargeback. Crooks. Do not use!

Delivery took slightly longer than expected, but customer service kept me informed. The item matched the description and arrived in good condition. Overall, a positive experience.
