If I could rate zero stars I would

If I could rate zero stars I would. My son ordered two shirts for his brother for Christmas. When they finally arrived, looked more like youth sizes than adult. One had the printing off center as well. They did respond initially and gave my son an address to return the shirts to and they would send a replacement. After paying for shipping, it came back as “no one at that address”. They sent a new address and said they would reimburse him for postage. The package was received by them and we have not heard another word. My son is out about a total of $60 with shirts and postage. Will not respond via email or their on-line chat. 😡

Shocking service

Shocking service, no way to contact them except the email they have at the bottom of their site that they never respond to, prices are incorrect and shipping is insane, I ordered a $20 shirt it charged me $30 for the shirt and another $20 for the shipping and when it was sent it didn’t even arrive, I tried contacting the shipping company to get it fixed and they didn’t respond either, completely useless

No way to contact/unresponsive & incorrect orders

never answer my emails. there's a way to message them on the website, but they never answer. could never track my package, and once it did arrive, was the wrong size. emailed it to return or refund, and tried to refund even before it was shipped, since i didn't want it anymore, and no response.

Buyer beware

If I could rate this lower I would.

My daughter ordered 3 t-shirts, all in stock at the time she placed order on 14 February 2023. A month later one t-shirt is delivered with no reason why the other two haven't, still showing in stock when we checked website.

Followed up with company numerous times. Email sent 23 March - told 26 March "The rest of the order was shipped out separately" Asked for tracking number emailed ignored

Then 30 March still waiting on new tracking number so I emailed them again and was then told "I sent an email to our fulfilment partner. They are very reliable and they will be reshipping the final two items within the next couple of days." Clearly not reliable.

Then 10 April I emailed them again asking for update and that I now request they refund the money for the two t-shirt never my daughter. Nothing so emailed again 13 April.

On 15 April I got response "This fell through the cracks. I apologize. Which shirt did she not receive and what is a good address for reshipment? Thanks."

Still nothing so emailed again 21 April, nothing emailed again 28 April.

It is now 8 May and still nothing from them, can't be bothered replying to my emails and why would they, they have my daughter's money.

Do not use this company it is disgraceful how they run their business.

I wish my daughter checked reviews or with me before ordering anything as I would have said not too.

I have also reported this company to Federal Trade Commission.
