Een Philips soundbar besteld

Een Philips soundbar besteld. Deze bleek niet te werken. Moest zelf maar met Philips contact opnemen. Tot op heden nog steeds geen oplossing en Lucavo is telefonisch NIET brereikbaar.

Bestelling robotstofzuiger bol.com

Bestelling van een robotstofzuiger bij Bol.com met 2 jaar fabrieksgarantie, na 1,5 jaar was er een defect en heb ik deze opgestuurd naar Lucavo.nl om te repareren, dit was jammer genoeg niet mogelijk.
Het defect viel uiteindelijk niet onder garantie, maar de aftersales heeft ervoor gezorgd dat de coulanceregeling toch werd toegepast, op deze manier heb ik 100% terugbetaling gekregen.
