Lucas built a portfolio for me back when I worked for the NHS, 5 properties in total. Fast forward a few years, and I now have 8 properties with no extra cash input following the initial investment. Lucas was a major catalyst in giving me the opportunity to achieve working on my own terms without having to undertake a second “full time” commitment of finding, buying and managing a portfolio of investment properties. Variation in property type was great and it wasnt just the act of helping with all the inevitable complications but the strategy he put together which was clear and logical, aligned well with my goals. I recommend him regularly to my colleagues who are also looking to break in to property investments where time to go it alone is limited.

When I first decided to invest in property there were many consultants who just tried to sell properties to earn their commission however I found Lucas different, he listened and went that extra mile.
Each property he recommended I honestly thought he’d buy himself due to choosing a unit due to the apartment size, view, floor or a just a good location.
I’ve now purchased 6 BTLs and believe I’ve a good balance in the portfolio which has already grown in value and gives a good yield each year.
