Good products, returns process did not work for me

Two items ordered recently did not fit.

Followed returns process but told products we return did not arrive and we do not know why. We have receipt from post office evidencing return, which we provided to the customer care team.

We asked the team if they could send replacement items with the right size. They answered that they could not do that but offered a 25% discount on replacement items

This was disappointing, especially since i own 6 other items, all bought this year and was fast becoming a loyal customer. Not a deal breaker, but i just expected better from such a high end retailer.

Quality of items and fit is great.

First experience with LF

This was my first experience with LF. I wanted a new linen shirts for my vacation. First I ordered regular fit then I thought maybe their slim fit look better on me then I ordered same shirts in slim fit. Both time items was delivered in the next day which is really fast. Packaging was lovely and beautiful with personalized note and candies. Quality, fit and feeling in shirts are impeccable. Only thing I regret is that I've not ordered anything from LF before because I've heard about and known this brand many many months before. Definitely good value for money.
