Bad service
Hi!
My name is Tetiana.
I want to complain about the BorgerService of Lyngby Tærbek Kommune
I brought my documents for registration of the address and cpr card the 4 of may.And the woman ,one of employees of borgerservice said,that it will take one or two days and I will be registered in system with my new address.I was waiting for two weeks ,and today I called there and they said ,they didn’t make it ,it’s now only they will make it !!How is possible to be so incompetent and forget about the work they must to do ?I don’t know the names of those women ,who makes the address registration,but it’s so unprofessionally!And I have to wait two -three weeks more again to get a cpr card and visa now ?!!!
I’m very disappointed about the service of Lyngby Tærbek Kommune !
