Glohh rear lights
I recently purchased rear lights for a Range Rover Sport HSE L494 2016, After fitting the Glohh lights I had problems with the front driver’s headlight, It appears these lights are not compatible with this model. I was very disappointed as I emailed and asked if they were compatible before purchasing.
I have since found lots of information on the internet concerning the issue with these lights and 2016 RR Sport as electrics are different on this model and after market lights can cause issues with the front headlights.
I did receive a full refund but felt I was not being listened to when I had compatibility issues. Full marks for the refund but maybe customer service could have been a little better in understanding the issues, especially after being told the manufacturer had tested them on a 2018 model when returned with no problems found. The compatibility issues being with my 2016 RRS.

Having reviewed your order, we can see that it was placed on Friday 24/07 outside of our normal business hours. As a result, it was processed first thing on Monday 27/07 when our team returned to the office.
Due to the size of the order, a small number of the items were not immediately available from our warehouse and had to be ordered in from our suppliers before we could complete the shipment. Once all items had arrived and your order had been fully checked and packed, it was dispatched on Friday 31/07. It was then delivered on Monday 03/08, the next working day following dispatch.
We do sincerely apologise if the progress of your order was not communicated as clearly as you would have expected. We understand that when placing an order of this value, you expect both timely updates and a high level of service throughout the process.

I drive an Ex military defender as my daily, and these guys are a big part of why I'm able to do that.
