Applied for a property to rent back in August. Was told I needed consecutive payslips. I changed jobs and was unemployed for 4 weeks during which I was simply changing the employer. I was told to wait until I received my 3rd consecutive payslip. Tried contacting the gentleman responsible for my application for over two weeks, no replies to emails, no replies to phone calls.. left multiple messages with other colleagues to pass on my message to the correct person. Poor communication, simply poor. For this reason one star is the best I can offer. I hope this is resolved and finally someone contacts me.

Terrible housing association
Housing officer is rude and made racist comments to me and my dad and made threats to kick us out make us homeless including me grandad who was in his late 70s to 80s

Still having issues with the housing people.
