Great service and quality product at a good price

Quick delivery but i wish they would have more blue rail type part number 120210 kept in stock. I need 8 more of these.

Bought online,item in stock, arrived 2 working days later. Not yet fitted but don't expect any issues.

Mario at the Leicester store has been absolutely amazing.

We ordered a Clesana for our boat and it went on back order but we had a very very tight time frame and Mario went above and beyond to keep me updated. He even provided me the courier link he had so I could keep live tracking of the item and he chased it through customs and then with the courier to ensure we received it in time.

He even provided me with a back up refund process to ensure I could get another from somewhere else urgently if needed.

Wonderful customer service. So very refreshing as i would imagine he deals with sooo many customers on a daily basis and could have so easily said there was nothing he could do.

Absolute credit to the store and we will definitely be a returning customer to the LPG SHOP in Leicester for that reason.

I placed my order 28 Dec expecting it to be processed after the Christmas/ New Year, but it was delivered today, 30 Dec.

Excellent product: Polish engineering at its finest.
The LS tank is a work of art: very light, and nicely designed. It seems a shame to let it be knocked about!
The fittings kit is also good: very simple, and easy to assemble (I got the bracket kit).
Support is also excell.ent: I called before I bought mine, and they had good feedback.
And I needed a fast shipment to get to me before I left for Spain, and it was shipped same day, and arrived by noon the next: on Dec 23rd.
I was tempted to get the composite tank: for only anoth £50 you get a transparent window to check the level. But I'm happy with what I got too.

Good products and knowledgeable staff, and when there was a delivery problem with my items (a small order) Mario the customer relations manager helped sort it out without fuss. Many thanks!
