I have waited over two months for my delivery to come. The fake "Clara" customer service person initially pretended that she was tracking my order and offered a refund. I waited another month and then asked for a refund. Since then they stopped writing to me.
I think this is a scam and Twitter/X should not advertise them in their feed as they become complicit in the conning their users.

the bra scratches the skin and is of bad quality.
To return them, I need to send a parcel to China on my own costs and have to pay a fund fee (not clear how much).

No way to contact them and get refunded.
Poor quality, Flimssy, Terrible fitting, NO good bust Support. They are Thieves because they are taking our money selling trash. The email they gave for support DO NOT exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Poorly manufactured, poorly fitting, very itchy. Return policy is a joke. Don't waste your money.

Low quality product. Very itchy at the front and very hard to get a right size, small cups. To return item the customer must send the goods back to one of the overseas warehouses in china or India which from the uk can be very expensive. Overall avoid and don’t buy.

I can find a way to get in touch with this company to return this bra that don’t fit . Do not buy from them . You will loose your money . Very unsatisfactory experience.

Similarly to other reviews took ages to arrive haviing been shipped from China. Had I realised this I would not have purchased (airmiles etc). Turned out to have padded cups which were not described as such, again would have been an absolute bar to my purchase. on attempting to discuss they expect one to return them to China at one's own expense where they will only refund if they were damaged prior to arrival! Awful experience and total waste of money.

Took ages to arrive - the sizes are not compatible with UK sizing - the bra I was sent was too small - the bra is very flimsy- unsatisfactory customer support - if I want to return it, I have to post it to China - not worth the hassle and therefore a complete waste of money!

Waited ages for it to arrive. Didn't fit at all. Not compatable with UK sizing. No support at all. Asked for details to return it but without success. Still waiting to find out how and where to return!!!

These bra's are definitely not supportive, very flimsy and made cheaply. Took for ever to receive, I had to email the a few times to see where my order was. Not worth the hassle
