Barrhead main street store

Barrhead main street store.
The two white haired heavy set woman really could do with some customer service training , the one with the ponytail that can never seem to find my prescription ..even when a colleague points out its in front of her is very abrupt and snarly and the other older English woman insulted me by asking if I was an addict ..like seriously!! because I buy several packets of throat lozenges.
Definitely won't be back absolutely disgraceful service from these two woman .

Approached with a "can't can't can't"…

Approached with a "can't can't can't" customer service attitude. Started stop smoking programme and due to working shift patterns was unable to go back until 5 days after the 2 week return point. Type 1 diabetic with asthma and other health condition trying to quit smoking with no help or understanding from pharmacy assistant. Now returned back to smoking due to being refused 2nd prescription for patches to help quit. Terrible attitude towards helping and more focused on target driven. Will be raising complaint further due to this, maybe some customer service training and understanding of circumstances could be beneficial to staff.

Awful, avoid, circus

Norwich Drayton pharmacy, absoluting disgusting behaviour from the pharmacist and the staff. I was prescribed a medicine, went to collect it and the repeats. Got home and checked them. One important medicine was missing. I when back to the Pharmacy and spoke to the Pharmacist who dismissed me completely, telling me that it was in the bag. They either kept it for themselves or gave it to the wrong person. I will not trust the chain again.i have stopped all my prescriptions with then. More like a circus than a pharmacy
