I ordered a vacuum robot on basisstyle.com after having looked at a movie on their website referring to a high-tech 3 in 1 vacuum robot for a convenient price and free shipping.
(The BEST XMAS GIFT! Special Offer Today Only & Free shipping) Self-cleaning Mops 3-in-1 Robot with Auto Sweeping ,Vacuuming & Mopping) with a 5 liter water-tank to clean the mops.

After 1 month I have received a vacum robot which is the most simple you could find (not a 3 in 1 but just a cheap 1 in 1) now on Amazon for 19.90 €. It doesn't have anything to share with the original and there is no water-tank nor mops ....
But this is not what I have ordered, this is not what I have seen on the checkout !! And it is not an error !! It is a systematic scam.

I have also taken screenshots of the product from the website and have pictures of what I received, so in case You still wonder, just contact me.
I want my money fully back from PayPal.

Just for the case :
1.) Doing some research I found out that basisstyle.com's vacuum looks exactly like one of a start-up that hasn't delivered already their product, called Narwal (Intellectual property infringiment).

2.) Other websites such as loyalred . com / onesgos are still offering the same product and exactly the same description as basisstyle.com and they all offer PayPal payment service.

3.) Today is still possible to buy from them using PayPal, even if Trustpilot.com is collecting evidences about their scams from the beginning of December 2019.

Dispute the purchase using the following explanation and you will win the case and get your money back. Tell them:

"You ARE NOT responsible to return the item for your refund if they did not send you the correct item or if they misrepresented what they are selling."

The scammers are counting on the fact that you will get too frustrated to fight. They are counting on the fact that it will cost you too much to return the item. But you can will the dispute if you're patient and follow through.

Since they misrepresented the item for sale (i.e. this is obviously a scam web sale) then you are not responsible to pay for return shipping. The same would apply if this was a legit company and they sent you the wrong item. You are not responsible to pay anything to correct their mistake.

Here's what I did:
Mine was paid through PayPal. I submitted a claim dispute... over the phone (1-888-221-1161). They contacted the seller.

I received a response that the seller offered me a $20 discount. I rejected the offer (I was able to do this online in Paypal dispute resolution screens.

I received a response offering a full refund if I return the item. Here I called Paypal again and explained that I am not responsible to pay the return for their error. Their error is they either sent the wrong item or they have fraudulently misrepresented the item online. Paypal contacted the seller requesting a (prepaid) return label to return the product.

They did not respond so I was given a full refund.

Don’t ever ever ever touch you will be scammed from China and you will never get your money worth they trying to be legit by selling stuff on Facebook and this seller have a PayPal account good luck getting your money back I’m telling you this company is a scam . bunch of crooked Chinese cheap low-quality don’t even buy it’s all dollar store product false advertisement

THESE PEOPLE ARE PURE EVIL SCAMMERS!!!!!

They use great-looking videos to sell their products (like Robot Vacuums) and then send products that amount to being toys.

Don't be fooled by PayPal either because they won't support you, because if the product resembles what you ordered you are NOT covered and will not get your money back.

I will keep following them to satisfy my need for revenge!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!
