Really poor service
Really poor service. No phone number contact, only email, which is responded to sporadically and only in French. If you're travelling and don't speak french then don't expect them to respond right away and don't expect them to respond in anything other than french.
They also respond with the same automated response 99% of the time:

How is this helpful in any way, shape or form - especially when you've booked in advance and need help to reschedule an appointment?
