What piss poor service.

What piss poor service.. dont have a problem selling you a product. But dont want to know you after you bought it. Call center is absolutely beyond functional. No one understands plain simple English.. can't seem to answere a question and give you information that is totally irrelevant. Tech suport can't even navigate a phone how they expected to help with the product im calling about.

Eagle 7 is a horrible purchase

The eagle 7 worked great for a year then I decided to upgrade two a triple shot so I could get side scan. From everywhere I saw it said it was compatible and it has the same plug in. When I get the new transducer it doesn’t work at all and I call customer service and they basically say it isn’t compatible and I asked them how to get side scan and they are no help. When I plug in the old transducer it doesn’t even work anymore either. So my whole $1000 system is completely junk within a year. Never again am I getting lowrance. Horrible company and would not recommend.

I have purchased Lowrance fishinders…

I have purchased Lowrance fishinders for the last 10 years. In the past they have been reliable and trustworthy, But not anymore. My last dealings with Navico have been appalling. My latest fish finder that cost me AUD $ 4200 has broken down again, twice in two years. They have no service center and don't even answer their phone. The Filipino call center is next to useless. I would think twice before purchasing a Lowrance product. the after sales service is appalling . I currently have been attempting to get a resoluiton for 6 weeks now. Buy a Hummingbird or a Raymarine. lowrance just dont care. I attempted to drop my sounder at the address advertised on their website for a repair and the premises were closed down. They have moved interstate and have not updated their website. the new premises aere in Qld over 900 km away. The one person who answers the phone is in Manilla. Do not purchase anything from Lowrance or Simrad, as you will also have to deal with the terible after sales service

Lowrance warranty is for not

Lowrance warranty is for not. Have an Elite-7 TI that just locks up. Lowrance wants me to pay for warranty work and if they decide it can’t be fixed I have to tell them which new one I would select and agree to buy before they will provide warranty work on mine. This seems to me that they will let mine sit on a shelf for a few days and then tell me it can’t be repaired just to sell me something else. If they can’t honor the warranty then I can’t throw good money after bad. With that said I will never buy another Lowrance product.

It's very strange for a company selling…

It's very strange for a company selling such expensive equipment to ignore email inquiries. I'm giving one star solely for the quality of their customer service.

I've already sent three follow-ups and filled out the form on their official website - still no response.

Brooks a lowrance elites 9 FS unit a while back now I've had nothing but problems from day one it won't connect to the Internet it won't connect to the Wi-Fi it says it has on the internal software but in reality it will not connect I've been trying to ring A lowrance Seller for correct the information but in the United Kingdom there was no way you can get hold of a low roots agent they sell it people will sell lumens products but you cannot get any technical support I've wasted a lot of money and now left with the Dead unit

Why would you sent distressing emails as lowrance yet as navico UK ltd ...who is who and how to call or complaint about this matter .

Seeing this now check the reviews ...seems like we will be harrased and scared of our purchase and any suspected deletion of what ?

Is this a way to grab more money from the buyer?

More software ?,more scams etc..
When we buy any product ...it don't state that we can only use it for 3 years before it expires and we get further charges or complications !!

Not interested nor in agreement for this abuse .

No servicing Lowrance !

Much rather Garmin! The servicing on these are horrible. No where seems to know how to fix them. I've had a Lowrance elite fs 9 for about 3 years now and 5 months after the warranty voided the software has pood itself and is completely unusable! All navico have offered to do is replace the unit for 50%-60% of the cost. Which I will not be doing because the problem may just occur again. Garmin/Simard is a much better option!

I’ll never buy Lowrance again. Waste of money!!…

I bought a new boat with a new Lowrance hook reveal 9ts. The sounder has never worked at anything over 5 knots , so I replaced the transducer which made no difference. I’ve moved the transducer up, and down to try get a better reading but still nothing. My last trip out the plotter screen started glitching on one side. I would send it in but after reading all of these reviews it might be time to go get a simrad. How do lowrance get away with a 12 month warranty? Obviously don’t have a lot of faith in their product!

Lowrance sounders aren’t designed to…

Lowrance sounders aren’t designed to last. Like many others I started out with what seemed like a decent product but eventually fell victim to their dreaded and now well known “sonar version 0.0.0” issue. Which their only solution is that you buy another unit. Not a sustainable solution to be replacing these every 2.5 to 3 years. While the customer service was adequate a product designed to fail after a software update is tough to overlook. There are better options on the market for sounders so save yourself the headache and avoid them.

Having an Elite T2, the embedded maps disappeared. Has anybody had this problem? Contracted lowrance customer service and have a service number, but no response and it's been over a month. Very disappointing.

The product is typically good but....

The product is typically good, however I have an ongoing issue for over 12 months now and it is not being resolved. The person I am dealing with in NSW Australia, is polite seems helpful but he's not getting any answers from higher up. For anyone from Navico who is interested in resolving this issue, the case number is Navico Case #:CA10935156.

Long time Loyal Lowrance Customer gets Bas Service

I ordered a new boat and specified Lowrance HDS Live. Boat Manufacture ordered the Lowrance and received it in March 2021. I took possession of the boat in November 2021. Unit started acting up in November 2023, but I called Lowrnace in December, (out of town, so my flat i missed by 1 month.). Sent Lowrance all invoice on my boat and delivery date. They said unit was delivered in March so too far out of warranty. The Lowrance web site clearly says warranty starts with retail delivery and describes warranty date from when a new boat is taken delivery of, and not when delivered to the boat manufacture. did not seem to matter to the person who had a hard time understanding english. I tried to find another contact means for Lowrance, but they do a great job of keeping that very secret. I'll never buy another Lowrance or Nvionics product again. Very disappointed in how I was treated and the fact they are not following their own policy spelled out on their web site.

Worse customer service I have ever…

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. Constantly put on hold from someone overseas who had no idea what he was doing. Four hours later finally got a shipping label to send the hook 7 reveal back and they were so kind to let me pay for. I would like my four hours of time paid for.

Called technical support

Called technical support. Got a person who could hardly understand english. No idea on the unit whatsoever. Kept asking what model it was. On hold all the time.
What a waste of time and money as you have to ring international number.
Stop using overseas call centres.

When you need it to work and it doesn’t, you need good, reliable, accessible customer service / support.

Unless you have 2-3 days to wait for an answer to your email, forget it.

No telephone support.

Useless.

Do Not expect any level of customer service

Wow I emailed customer service for part numbers to order for active view. No response after three days. So, I decided to call. Finding a good number was a bit tricky. Once I did I was number 38 in the que!
I WAS a hardcore Lowrance customer, until this. Imagine what it would be like trying to get help for a product, after all I was trying to buy their products. You have been warned.
