The worst company I have dealt with online, received damaged doors, would not refund, send more doors, damaged again, would take any responsibility, always someone elses fault, I am still waiting for a refund but have basically given up now, Dan has no idea on customer service and does not deserve to be in business

same as everyone, ordered doors, a few weeks went by with no news so called them, our friend DAN was on the other end of the line, promised this that and the other and my doors will be with me asap, got a delivery date eventually, told the client they were arriving, the day came, no doors, called Dan, Courier issues.... then it was someone else fault, lie after lie.
canceled order, promised refund, did not get, chased a few times with 'ill check the system has processed the refund' firstly, there is no system, you're a crook, not a company and don't have a 'system' and secondly it does not take 3 weeks to 'process' a refund. warned them that if refund wasn't made then id be making a court claim within 7 days, that was over a month ago now...... and guess what, I HAVE! no response to it so i paid a little bit more and got a warrant served to send those lovely guys with a writ round. Joke of a 'company' taking innocent peoples money.
hope it all comes crashing down very soon!!!!

Ordered a door back in November,despite assurances from Dan still not arrrived. Everything below about the bad service and being fobbed off continuously is true STAY CLEAR.

I,like so many have been robbed. Money has been taken from me with false promises of a professional service?

I bought a door in Feb 17 and I called and emailed this cowboy outfit on many occasions. Twice I was told by Dan that it would be delivered on a particular date. On both occasions, no door, thereafter I didn't receive any return correspondence, yet I left countless messages.

I have been taken for a ride and basically robbed in broad daylight. This company had no intention of producing my door. My advice for anyone thinking about purchasing any item from this unprofessional cowboy outfit would be STAY CLEAR,STAY AWAY.

I LIKE MANY OTHERS HAVE HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE FROM THIS COMPANY EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE ,I ORDERED 5 SALERNO DOORS WAS PROMISED TIME AND TIME AGAIN WITH DELIVERY DATE UNTIL MY PATIENCE RAN OUT AND I ASKED FOR ORDER TO BE CANCELLED PROMISED RESPONSE FROM DAN WHOM SAID I WOULD GET MY DOORS SOON AND THEY DID ARRIVE A WEEK LATER BUT POOR QUALITY SO I HAD TO PAY 107 POUNDS FOR MY OWN COURIER TO RETURN THE DAYS AS HE MADE UP EXCUSES ABOUT THE COMPANY THEY USED,THAT WAS IN NOVEMBER 2016 WHEN I ASKED WHERE MY REFUND IS ALL I GOT WAS EXCUSES AND I AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND SO I ALSO HAVE WENT THROUGH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND I HAVE ALSO SENT ALL CORRESPONDENCE TO THE COMPANY DIRECTORS HOME AND OFFICE ADDRESS WITH NO REPLY SO THAT MUST SAY SOMETHING ABOUT THIS COMPANY WHO I THINK SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND STRUCK OFF AS FOR DAN THE MAN DON'T TRUST THIS MAN

Last year we ordered six internal fire doors from this company and had the now familiar excuses regarding delivery. They did eventually arrive (after many e-mails and telephone calls chasing them) and we were quite happy with the quality of the product. At this point, no real problems apart from delivery. In November 2016 we ordered an additional matching standard size door (which you would assume to be a stock item) but after three months it still had not arrived. The now infamous Dan suggested that we cancel the order and he would refund our money. We agreed but, guess what, we are still waiting for the money and Dan is now not responding to calls or e-mails. I paid for the door up front and cancelled the order on Dan's suggestion. The least I would expect is for the money to be returned promptly! From the other reviews, there is a clear pattern developing here which suggests to me that the company is in trouble. My advice would be not to use this company at all but to pay a little more for the product from a reputable company who can actually supply what they say they can. I managed to obtain a matching door from my local builders merchants within a week so they are clearly not as rare as Dan would have you believe! I am now going through the bank to recover my money, intend to contact trading standards and am also considering legal action against the company. I will probably get some bland smarmy response from the company using words like "disappointed, regret and sorry" as others have - NOT INTERESTED. JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND SORT YOUR BUSINESS OUT!

This has company is easily the worst I have dealt with. I paid for my doors in November and as of 14/2/17 I still do not have my doors and cannot contact anyone from the company as they are not answering my calls.

I have got a list of failed promises on my phone from Dan who text me constantly saying that my doors would be delivered shortly and everytime I questioned I was told another lie. I was intially PROMISED my doors before Xmas and for me still to have no idea of when they will actually arrive is beyond belief.

This company lies to try and appease customers that they cannot service. Th communication is the worst I have experienced and I am surprised they actually still have a business as if was gauged on customer service then I'm sure it would have been closed down a while ago.

I cannot stress enough, STAY AWAY from this company and buy your doors from a reputable company even if its means you pay a little extra as better to do that then not recieve your doors at all.

I ordered a fire door last month and am still waiting for it to be delivered. I've constantly been emailing them and a guy called Dan has responded and has told me numerous times that it will be despatched. 30 days have passed and still no door. Now no one is responding to my emails, their phone rings to voicemail and their mobile phone rings out. Gutted, I need this door for my child's room and now he hasn't had a door for 4 weeks. I will be taking legal action next week if I've heard nothing more from them. I may attempt to use the charge back scheme in order to get my money back. PLS DONT ORDER FROM THEM, THEY ARE UNRELIABLE.

Do NOT NOT NOT NOT use this company. Ordered doors, had to chase for a despatch date. Finally got that but never received. Have phoned dozens of times, straight to voicemail, no messages ever returned. Even visited where they are "supposed" to be and guess what. Not there. Just starting the process of trying to get money back through credit card. Either gone into liquidation or a scam but whatever, DO NOT USE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED .
I have lost over £500 which I am still trying to recover.
Doors ordered 6th November still not been delivered.
Emailed telephoned promised upteen times that they are on the way .
Have been out for delivery every week since late November according to them but no sign.
Told it's not a SCAM but where are the doors ?
Asked for a full refund but no sign of it.
Cheap for a reason you never get them, you have been warned

I ordered 9 doors and was promised delivery in couple weeks but ended up waited 3 months as seller kept making excuses every week and false promises. Doors arrived and are very poor quality and have been waited for returns collection for 4 weeks now and still not had doors collected from seller as he will not accept me using my own courier. I am stuck without my money and useless doors. Seller refuses to make contact to arrange exact date for collection and now not responding to me. Pure cowboys

Don't know how this is a company trading zero customer service satisfaction never again!

7th February - still not herd from them to collect the doors no response.

In response to low price doors answer - you said doors were not in stock but why did it take 3 months to get in stock and why wasn't I told I will have to wait 3 months in the first place rather then say couple days it will be here every week. False promises false hope. Dissatisfied customer still waited for refund and return for unwanted doors. Total time delayed 5 months now from date of order and query is not resolved! Low priced doors are ignoring me and think I will forget and keep doors and let them keep my money. I don't think so!

Ordered a few fire doors. Great value cheapest we could find. Delivery little bit longer than anticipated but kept informed.

I second the review below ordered 3 doors they have had my money for over a month now and guess what no doors keep being fobbed off by email that delivery is coming I have even taken a day from work waiting in for them to be delivered. I will also be contacting the back to help me reclaim my money and have reported this company to the police for false trading. AVOID

i have now reported them to trading standards as I still do not have my money back that they have had since end of november

UPDATE 27TH MARCH STILL NO MONEY BACK

I paid up front for doors that, over a month of promised deliveries that never materialised, I requested a cancellation. A pleasant enough man to deal with and will respond to e-mails and phone calls but he just would not take my cancellation request. I got worried when he started to change details like the original timescale and saying things like I wouldn't get a full refund because the doors were made to order so I went through my bank under their chargeback scheme and thanks to this process I have all the money back now. I would advise anyone thinking of using this company to keep a record of all communications, ask for a sales contract, be sure of your rights as a consumer and use a credit card. Maybe I was just unlucky but I won't be going anywhere near this company again.

I ordered internal doors on 31st May 2016 and was told it is a 7-10 day delivery. I am living in the property so not ideal. By the end of mid JUNE I still had not received the doors and kept being told they will be with you soon. The final straw was in mid JULY when I was told they are out for delivery within the next 2-3 days and guess what they never arrived! I called and emailed to cancel order and was told a refund would be in my account this week. Guess what a week later and still not refunded. Absolutely disgusting service and not even an apology. Fingers crossed I get my money back!

I am adding to this review to say it it's now 18th August 2016 & still no refund!

I did recieve my refund eventually after threatening legal action. I was then asked to remove my review for £25 compensation, I refused as don't want anyone else to go through what I did!
