Great product delivery company was a little shaky in reference to when they would show up. I had to find them in the parking lot. That’s the only negative part about otherwise product is great. Will order again.

NO POST IN BOX
We received the mailbox but had to have two post fabricated to set them on. No post were shipped with the mailboxes. I guess the chinaman forgot to pack it.

Cluster on NO HOA
The ordering process through the website was excellent and customer service were available to answer my questions. After the cluster box was ordered, "a sequence of events" was emailed but events were not carried out accordingly. Installers arrived on time but installation was less than good. If the installers would have just followed the instructions - then it would have been excellent.
