I strongly do not recommend this place. If I could, I'd give zero stars.
I had a very bad experience with the customer service at this place Amstelveenseweg 202. When I arrived, I was first in line, but the staff member ( woman, medium height and dark hair) gestured to serve another customer behind me instead. She started speaking to me in Dutch, and when I said "sorry" (I don't speak Dutch), she reacted in a rude and aggressive way, insisting that speaking Dutch was "normal" even though I hadn't questioned that at all, I had simply commented that I thought she wanted to serve the other man first.
Even so, she remained rude throughout the entire interaction. I paid, took what I needed, and left. As I was leaving, I noticed she was mocking me with other customers inside the store. I went back to ask if everything was okay, and she responded sarcastically again.
After this experience, I checked the reviews for this place and saw I wasn't the only one several other people report the same kind of poor treatment from the same staff member. I should have checked the reviews before going. I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.
